Friday, October 7, 2011: Not that this is a surprise, court was a waste of time today. I actually had to be there to see the criminal case get handed off to the judge for the third time. Allegedly, the judge has 15-business days to make a decision from this point. If I had a dollar for every time…never mind.
Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) was a no-show in court again. It wasn’t until I contacted her an hour after she was supposed to meet us in court (to drop this case) did she levy her excuses. She tried to tell me she was tied up with work, that she was on her way. We waited an hour without any communication from her. By the time I was at the border she was in full blown begging mode.
First of all, we only needed her for 5-minutes. She knew this and could have met us first them gone on with her day. Even still, she could have called or text messaged me that she was going to be late. She did neither. She did neither because she could not think of any new excuses to tell me as to why she would not do what she said she would do…again. When that happens, she falls back to “ignore me” mode and eventually blames me for the screw up. Hard to blame me when she sent me a text message earlier in the morning telling me she was on her way. No mention of being late or not showing up. So as usual Adriana’s excuses & lies do not add up. I am looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! I LOVE YOU SAM!
