Saturday, June 18, 2011: Hi Sam! I am standing in line at the border this Saturday afternoon. Its Father’s Day tomorrow but today we celebrated down in Rosarito at the Rosarito Beach Hotel, relaxing by the pool. You are becoming quite the swimmer! I live to see you smile like that. I am not dwelling on Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) today Sam. It was a great day today for US. Every day we spend together is always great. It’s a bonus to get out of that house. I realize that I am in a unique position under the circumstances. Most parents in my position do not get to see their kids at all. I do not take our time for granted, as you know, because tomorrow Adriana could easily take you away from me all over again. We are all hoping she is not that stupid.
Deep down, I know you would like to see me and Adriana work this out. You also know by now I have tried my hardest to make that happen. We could have figured this out a couple years ago. Unfortunately, Adriana continues to make all kinds of promises, telling us what she thinks we want to hear. Yet there is no action on her part to match what she is trying to sell. For now I will relish the time we had today. Thank you for being such an incredible daughter. I LOVE YOU SAM! KISSES!
