Wednesday, December 3, 2008: As I sit in the foyer of my attorney’s office, waiting to go see where you are, I am excited and sad at the same time. I am so close yet so far because I can’t spend time with you. Some days I wish I could wake up from this bad dream and see you. The thought that another human being could do something so crazy and irresponsible that is not only hurtful to me but more importantly to you as well. We have a lot to talk about some day. This journal is really a documentation of things as they are happening. We are off to meet the investigators in a few minutes. I will write back when we complete the trip. KISSES!
[Fast Forward A Couple Hours]]
WOW! I am speechless. The investigators did a great job Sam. We have surveillance video of the investigation too. Amazing. Investigators took us by the apartment you are at. It’s comforting yet frustrating at the same time. We saw Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) and Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel). They were in the car I bought for Adriana. We followed them around for a little while. I think you were in the car with all of them but it was too dark out to see you. It’s crazy to think you are all living in that small apartment.
On Friday I meet with the attorney’s to work on getting the judge to keep you there for the time being. Mexico wants us to do a DNA test which scientifically proves I am your Dad, so Adriana cannot say I am not your Dad which we fully expect her to try and do. Lastly, we want a custody arrangement put in place. The courts close December 12th for the Christmas holiday. We are all hoping we can get all this done so I can see you for Christmas. I promise if I can’t see you for Christmas, we will still have a Christmas. It may be a little later, but we will have one. We are getting there Sweetie! Good night Samichi! Dad loves you so much!
