3-years, 11-months, 18-days into Samantha’s abduction

Sunday, October 28, 2012: Hi Sam! I miss you already Princess! I am doing laundry today, preparing for my upcoming trip to New York. Unfortunately I will not see you next weekend. I was hoping to spend this weekend with you, however that sinus infection from last week stuck around all week. Last night it got to the point where I was doing nobody any good staying there. I’m sorry. I will make it up to you.

Regardless of my health yesterday, we had a blast. You were completely thrilled with the Frankie Stein costume I brought for Halloween. I can’t wait to see pictures. I heard you did very well on your first series of tests in 1st grade! A’s and B’s! I am so proud of you! You worked hard for those grades. I hope you are proud of the effort too because you should be! To celebrate we were off to Mundo Divertito. Got the “all you can ride pass” and away you went. You are too tall for a few of the rides, almost too tall for others and the rest you are not ready for. Those are the bigger people rides. You did try the kid’s go-carts by yourself. That was a first, and you were adorable driving!

After lunch we had to get you ready for a classmate’s birthday party which was at Peter Piper. I was progressively getting more and more sick with this sinus infection. The party itself was cool. Peter Piper had 4 other parties going on at the same time, so it was loud and full of kids. Your friend’s parents were really nice. They put a lot into the event.

When we arrived back at your house, it was pajama time and off to bed you went. At your request, you had me join you upstairs to tuck you in and tell you a bedtime story. For the first time in a long time I got to kiss you good night. It felt good to tell you that bedtime story and kiss you good night. “Cherish every moment” as they say. And that’s exactly what I did.

It’s been an interesting week leading up to yesterday Sam. All week Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) was making a huge deal about your Frankie Stein costume. Frankie is a very popular costume this year for Halloween. I found the main costume in a store 30-miles away from my house. I had to order the wig and makeup, which was not going to get to my house until Friday or Saturday. So Friday comes and all indications were that everything was going to come yesterday morning. Adriana was not happy because she wanted me to have everything and drive the 90-miles to where you are that same day. It just wasn’t going to happen. She feels the need to compete with the other parents, who allow their kids to cross the border, and get all these things. She doesn’t work that much, so why not get these things herself?

But I digress Sam. It’s probably a good time to catch you up on a couple new developments. I received a couple whiny emails from Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global). Judging by the content of the emails, he still has no clue what’s going on. He’s blaming me for the troubles he is having with Adriana. Like I care. Karma is a bitch. Wait until he finds out about Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan). From where I sit he should have known better than to get in the middle of this. Something tells me he’s not done. When Adriana needs money she will make this spineless turd crawl right back to her. I guarantee it.

Oddly enough, Adriana made another statement that she was going to allow you to come to California with me, that she wanted to be sure I really wanted to work things out with her. Yes, in a heart beat I would try to work this out in order to find peace with this insane situation. She knows this. Until Adriana actually does anything to resolve this in a positive manner, her words ring hollow.
