Thursday, May 31, 2012: Hi Beautiful. I needed a couple days to let the meeting I had with Alicia and Carlos sink in. Good news. The Supreme Court struck down Adriana Coronel Tenorio’s (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) petition to take you away from me legally. That will never happen. For starters, Adriana offered zero defenses to back up her claim that she should be able to take you away from me. None. It seemed like an open and shut case. And their critique of Adriana’s petition to take you away from me again was “BASELESS”. Their words, not mine.
Adriana is aware of her latest failed attempt to take you away from me. I politely reminded her a few times that the court order states my visiting hours with you are from 10-4 on Saturdays. I expect you to be there. No more deals, especially after what she pulled for your last ballet recital. No doubt Adriana will make a scene about it just as she did the last time the Supreme Court ruled against her, I called it the “Prison Situation”. I will have the actual court order come Saturday. Something tells me I am going to need it. I LOVE YOU SAM!
