Thursday, December 5, 2013: Hi Beautiful! Its mid-afternoon and I decided to take a break from work and write you. That has a calming affect for me. I keep thinking of something Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) and Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) said to the court official on Saturday. They do not want anything to change. They actually like the prison like conditions in which our time is spent. As if this dumb fuck (Palomeque) actually has a say in this. It’s disturbing to think they have absolutely no issue with what they have done and continue to do. 1/2 of your identity has been stolen from you Sam and those people could care less. It says a lot about who they are. And that is why this is a parental child abduction case and not a custody dispute.
On another note, we have a petition in front of the judge to allow for Christmas visitation. Christmas is not on a Saturday this year. Lourdes is working on that. Knowing your cousins will be visiting for the holiday, I offered a consolation to Christmas because I have a few things going against me with this request. The first, the court official will more than likely not be available Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Second, it took 6-weeks for this new judge to take action and order the court official to chaperon so we can spend time together. I doubt she will make a decision in the next couple weeks before they go on their holiday break. And as always, the most difficult challenge I will have negotiating a Christmas visit with you will come from Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) herself. She has appealed petitions on some pretty stupid grounds. I expect nothing less for an important family holiday. She will most definitely show her true colors and not allow us to spend time together for Christmas together. Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.
Sam, this is something you have to understand, Adriana views you as a trophy or property that she proudly dangles in front of me at will. She could care less about your well-being. Just look at her behavior the last 5-years. It’s disgusting. She knows what she is doing is wrong. That’s why she cannot even look at me in the eye anymore. The term “deadbeat” gets thrown around quite a bit for father’s who do not take care of their kids. In this case Adriana is the “deadbeat” for doing this to you.
