Friday, November 13, 2015: Yesterday we mentioned that on shit luck alone, Adriana’s attorneys got their continuance. But the damage was done. Before the hearing was officially adjourned, we asked the judge for 3 things:
- We want to know Adriana Coronel Tenorio’s (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) real address right now. When the judge granted the request, Graciela Alarcon Barreda said they did not know her address. Which was bullshit. The judge ordered Adriana’s new address in her court within 24-hours.
- We found out through investigators that Samantha has 2 passports. We want those passports confiscated. And we want an investigation launched into how Adriana got Samantha any passport without my permission. Again, judge granted the request and have her attorneys 3-days to turn them in and the judge reassured me she will get to the bottom of the fraud committed in order to get the passport in my name.
- We want to spend a few minutes with Samantha given that I have only seen Samantha for a total of 5-minutes in the prior 15-months. Again, the judge granted the meeting and said Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) and the attorneys could not interfere under any circumstance. At the same time, it’s forbidden to mention any aspect of the case to Samantha. No problem. We did not even ask to spend time with Samantha outside the court. We were perfectly OK in the courtroom or one of the side offices. All we wanted was time.
As we walk out of the courtroom, true to form, Alarcon Barreda and Maria Guadalupe grab Samantha and were literally running out of the courtroom into a waiting car driven by 2 guys with guns. So not only did they disobey yet another court order, they get in a car driven by 2 guys with guns and sped away like they just robbed a bank.
And that is how the day’s events ended.
Believe me, we will deal with this before the next hearing on December 3rd.
