Thursday, June 23, 2016: HOLY COW SAM!!! I know I have kept a lot of stuff under wraps as of late trying to get my head wrapped around why we were coming to Irapuato. Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) and Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) never ending hostile comments on the website had made for interesting discussions on this end. To say the least. We know Adriana and Danny are acting out. What little support they actually have left is slowly waning. It’s a good thing I have the truth and facts on my side. At some point truth and facts both will prevail. Unfortunately for the Howitt family, they haven’t been smart enough to figure it out. So here we are.
Which brings us to today. The plan was simple – find out what is going on with the investigation into finding you. First stop was your school to meet with the principal. This is a beautiful school Sam. Wow. After we announced ourselves, the principal and the staff dropped what they were doing and met with us immediately. The principal could not have been nicer. We told them why we were there and showed her Adriana’s arrest warrant from back in March. The principal and the rest of the staff had no idea this happened to you. They only heard rumors when Adriana was arrested. They told us that you left school before the spring break. The dates lined up with the day Adriana was arrested, which was your last day of school.
Moments later, in comes the your file and this is the HOLY COW part Sam. Adriana is using the fake birth certificate to register you in school. The cover sheet is a form Adriana herself filled out in her own handwriting. She had all the names of the usual suspects who are responsible for your abduction: herself, Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano, Axel Alvarez Coronel and Danny Duncan Howitt all living under the same roof with you. Just like you told the judge in Irapuato. Listed as your parents? Adriana put herself of course. For your Dad? Adriana put Danny Duncan Howitt’s name in that field on the form!
It was at this moment I started shaking. The school staff asked me if I was OK. I told them to look at who Adriana has listed as Samantha’s Dad. Jorge’s mouth dropped. In the files I brought with us was a copy of your real birth certificate and my passport to prove who I am. This alone drove the school staff to tears Sam. They put it all together and did not know what to think. They were so apologetic to us, and they should not have been. It’s not their fault. As I continued to read the form Adriana filled out, at the bottom on the 2nd page she wrote a short narrative about how the school was not to share any information about you with anyone because “she is involved in a complex court case”.
How this was not a red flag for the school I will never know. Adriana gave them a birth certificate without my name on it, listed another guy as your Dad who looks nothing like you and says she’s in a “complex court case” and “not to give information out about you”…and this raised no concerns? There is nothing we can do about it now, but still…what the fuck!
The school officials told us that us being there filled in some gaps regarding Adriana. I reassured them that is always going to be the case when it comes to Adriana. The school noted that your grades were just “so-so” compared to your transcripts from the past few years. Now they know why. From where we sat, hearing how much these people at your school love you Sam was music to my ears. Their hearts were broken to learn of what Adriana has been doing to you.
Next…time to meet some people who will help us capitalize on Adriana, Danny and Maria Guadalupe’s propensity to shoot themselves in the foot. These people are not messing around either. They know Graciela Alarcon Barreda and her merry band of misfits. In short they did not tell us anything we did not already know about them. They offered a few more nuggets to confirm what a bunch of scumbags these people are. No wonder Adriana likes them.
As you can imagine, after all this I was exhausted. As we are sitting at a restaurant eating, on every TV station…a little news update…the UK voted to break away from the EU…DAMN. No time to wrap my head around that just yet, we have another big day tomorrow. I LOVE YOU SAM!
