Thursday, April 30, 2009: Hi Beautiful! I MISS YOU SO MUCH SWEETHEART! Another milestone approaches as your 3rd birthday is only days away. I am sick to my stomach that I am not going to see you for your birthday. Out of all the holidays and special days, missing your birthday hurts the most. May 3, 2006 is the day that changed my life. For as long as I live it will always be that way. I did everything I could to see you for your special day. I take comfort we will have a lot of making up to do when this is over.
On a good note I am feeling better. No more headaches. I had a chance to read Adriana Coronel Tenorio’s (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) defense a couple days ago. Basically she has no defense. She lied throughout her entire response, claiming her and I never had a relationship, that I am not your Dad, we never lived together and so on. We tried to contact her attorney to see if we can do the DNA test before our court date on May 12. We have heard nothing from them, which tells us Adriana knows she’s guilty otherwise she would have done the test. We get the feeling her own attorney does not believe her but is OK with taking Isaias Palomeque’s (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) money. Funny how that works.
On May 12, the court will have us try and work this out in what is called mediation. Eventually the DNA test will have to get done and if the mediation does not work the court will take DNA from you and I that day. At least that is how I understood what will be happening. I am looking forward to May 12 now because we finally get to present our case!
