Sunday, November 10, 2013: Hi Sam. If someone told me that 5-years after you were abducted, that we would still be dealing with this situation, I would have told you to get their head checked. 5-years is a long time. This has felt like a lifetime. Today is all about you Sam. I disconnected today, hanging out on the beach. I have held out hope that someday we will be able to share the beach together like this once again. Nothing has been able to fill the gaping hole that has been in my heart these last 5-years. It won’t until this situation is resolved for good. Only time will tell if we are able to spend time together for the holidays. I am keeping my fingers crossed Sweetheart. DAD LOVES YOU!
