Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez was the second attorney Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) hired to defend herself after she abducted Samantha in 2008. Adriana was fired by her first attorney for being too difficult. In comes Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez and in our opinion he is just as responsible for Samantha’s abduction as Adriana is.
Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez was not physically there when Samantha’s Dad got ambushed by the Tijuana Police on August 7, 2010. However, his fingerprints were all over it. The ambush came on the heels of his embarrassing loss in the Supreme Court. Mind you, Diaz-Gomez is not a criminal attorney. Yet there he was representing Adriana during those 15-months that this was being sorted out.
The 6-times Adriana moved to other houses to hideout in over a 4-year period. Who told her not to report it to court as was required? Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez.
In fact who told Adriana to not comply with any of the court orders she was given? Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez.
After the ambush by the Tijuana Police blew up in their faces and the case against Adriana was unraveling by the minute in one civil court room, who’s idea was it to try and file a case against Samantha’s father in another civil court to try and get one over on us without anyone knowing? Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez.
Who was quoted as saying “if we found out about <above mentioned> case, they were all screwed”? You guessed it, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez.
Who’s clients, and by clients I mean Adriana, Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) and Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global), racked up criminal charges for perjury all in the same day? Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez.
On a day when Samantha’s father was set to be deposed under oath in court by Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez for at least 4-hours, Diaz Gomez dismissed him after only 10-minutes. Diaz Gomez bombed bigtime that day.
Last, when Adriana fell apart in criminal court when being deposed by our legal team for her role in ambushing Samantha’s Dad by the Tijuana Police, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez literally ran out of the court room and took off. No warning. No “excuse me“. He literally ran out of the court room leaving his client hanging in the wind and she was vomiting in a trash can.
Not long after Adriana fled Tijuana in August 2014, one member of the legal team ran into Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez. He had just officially fired Adriana as a client when he found out she fled the city. Not because Adriana broke another court order, but because Adriana owes him a lot of money. Diaz Gomez even admitted that he was sorry for the trouble he caused Samantha and her Dad. That’s all well and good. We wish he would have thought of that long before that moment.
If it makes Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez feel better, Adriana was arrested for abducting Samantha in March 2016. In addition, she was charged criminally for all the bullshit Diaz Gomez represented her through. After bailing out of jail, Adriana has been on the run as an international fugitive and has not been seen since.
For those of you who found this doing your due diligence on Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez for whatever reason, here are the case numbers of the above mentioned cases: Juzago Primero Familia Tijuana 2037/2008, Causa Penal Tijuana 593/2010, and Juzago Segundo del lo Familia Tijuana 1123/2013.
