Friday, July 10, 2009: Hi Sam. Dad misses you Sweetheart! Today is the 8-months mark since you were taken away from me. It’s a sad day. The 10th of each month has always been sad since November. I woke up with a heavy heart today and will try to not go to bed with one because I miss you so much. The thoughts of you always make me smile. KISSES SAM! DADDY LOVES YOU!
