Tuesday, December 16, 2008: Hi Sweetheart! I hope you are doing well. I apologize it’s been a week since I last wrote. It’s been a busy week to say the least. We have been working hard to make sure we got as much done before the courts took their Christmas break. So many people all over the country have given their support for us. I hope you can feel their presence as well as mine. It really has meant so much to have them on our side.
So, I travel to Arizona tomorrow for business. I will return Thursday. Wish me luck. When I return I will start to pack. I don’t feel safe in the house we once shared. I have put on a brave face since November 10th. Truth is Sweetie this has shaken me to the core. I am not scared by much. I am not surprised by much. This has both surprised me and scared me at the same time.
Surprised because for 5-weeks now Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) has kept me from you. I wake up in this empty house and pinch myself to see if this is real and I am not just dreaming. Scared, because the one thing I was worried about the most is not being able to see you grow up. Scared, because Adriana needs help Sweetie. I am worried about what is going on in the house you are all in right now. I have to be patient. This is my only way to communicate with you at the moment Sam. I talked with Santa about Christmas today. I know there is a good chance I will not see or talk to you on Christmas but Santa said we will have a Christmas some day! He will make a special trip just for us!
Until then I will continue to take your picture with me everywhere I go. I miss you Sam. More than you may ever know. Hope for our future keeps me going! I LOVE YOU SAMMY! I will let you know how my trip to Arizona goes. I hope you can still feel me in your heart. I can feel you in mine! KISSES!
