Sunday, January 31, 2010: Good Morning Sam! I am sorry it has been a few days since I last wrote. It’s been a busy 10-days since my last post. I last wrote you from the airplane as I was flying to Phoenix. When I left we were in the middle of a bad storm, the likes of which we only see in the southwest every 7-10 years. As I landed and headed to my meetings I noticed the airlines were already cancelling flights out of Phoenix. I was hoping to conduct my business and get out of there before I was stranded. Wishful thinking because by the time I arrived back at the airport, the entire airport was shut down. No planes were flying in and no planes were flying out. I actually flirted with the idea of driving back but as it turned out the highways were impassable. I opted for a hotel room and called it a day. That was the smart choice as I was able to get out the next morning and back to California.
The good news was that the business I had to tend to in Phoenix was a success. We saw business turn around in December and the trend continues in January.
In other news, Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) informed me she was moving out of the house you currently live in. I guess the owner of the house if having financial issues in California and she wants to move back into the house. Apparently you are moving this weekend. Supposedly the house in only a couple blocks away from where you are now. I am hoping to get a chance to see it for myself soon.
It’s interesting because Adriana is coming after me for money. This is the only time when Adriana refers to you as “my little girl”, when asking me for money. Typically she refers to you as “her little girl” rather than “our little girl”. I am not falling for the trick. I have no idea if she will use the money for your things or use it for her own, like this move. She does not have the ability to think through things in order to see her way through difficult times. Everything is chaotic in her world.
On the legal front we are still waiting for the appeals court in Mexico to decide on the appeal Adriana filed. I am not sure we will hear anything for at least a couple weeks. That actually plays into our hands with the things we are looking to accomplish on the U.S. side. I have a new case manager at the State Department. We had a good conversation a couple days ago. She is very knowledgeable about this case. Time will tell what how this will turn out. So far so good. I love you my Little Princess. KISSES!
