Thursday, April 1, 2010: Hi Beautiful! The strange keeps getting stranger. Before I get to that I have some great news! Today was a big day. Yesterday was the last day Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) had to file an appeal with the Mexico District Attorney if she did not like the decision the Supreme Court handed down a few weeks ago regarding our case. As far as we know, she has done nothing. I will be meeting with Alicia and Carlos next week to get the next steps started.
On the flip side, I got into another argument with Adriana about this weekend. It’s another holiday weekend which means Adriana will try to do whatever she can to keep you away from me. And she did not disappoint. At least she is consistent. 17-months have almost gone by since November 10, 2008 and I have not spent one holiday or your birthday with you in that time. As you know it was not because of lack of effort on my part. I have done everything, even begged Adriana, to spend time with you on the holidays. Nothing has worked. Like I said, Adriana is consistent. I had no idea until yesterday that Adriana had already made other plans. Church retreat my ass. I find it funny that someone who is perfectly OK with engaging in the line of work Adriana chooses, that she hides behind her “religion” as an excuse for you not to see your REAL dad.
