Monday, May 9, 2011: WOW! It’s 4:27 in the afternoon and I am standing in line at the border thanking God I have Alicia and Carlos on my side. Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel), in all her purple haired glory, showed her true colors yet again. She was completely unprepared like we knew she would be. As the proceeding started, the judge asked us where the translator was. Alicia made the argument that since this is Adriana’s petition, she had to pay for the translator. The judge agreed. So off Adriana went to find the translator we have used in family court in the past. Once she found out I have been paying $100 an hour for the guy, she realized all the lies she has been saying to get to this point was not worth it the extra effort. The judge for sure took note because if she was telling the truth at all, she would have paid the translator. The entire court petition…dismissed!
While all that was going on I could see Alicia and Carlos were having fun with Adriana’s attorney, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez & Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez. Carlos would look at me with a big smile on his face, I knew things were going well.
After getting her head handed to her by the judge, Adriana is trying to offer me more time with you during the week. She forgets I am the only one who works. Obviously we declined. It was a weak attempt to recover from yet another bludgeoning in court. This judge saw right through Adriana. Adriana’s biggest fear is that if you came to the United States, they would never see you again Compounding issues is the fact the United States will never let Adriana step foot in the United States again after all the shit she has done. To which the judge asked Adriana, “why is your visa Brian’s problem?”
Believe me your honor, it was my problem, for over 6-years it’s been my problem.
As the attorneys continued to debate and Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez kept trying to paint me as the bad guy, Alicia dropped the bomb on Adriana, explaining to the judge about your abduction, last August with the LaMesa Prison situation and the fact she runs a prostitution business out of the house. She added that the file of evidence we have on the business is thicker than the file we have on the abduction case. That if I was such a bad guy I would have had Adriana arrested for your abduction right now. Even after what she did last August, I continue to take the moral high ground. The judge looked stunned. Then the judge said, “…that explains the purple hair…”
As if that was not bad enough, what I saw on Saturday made more sense to me after court. During my visit Adriana was completely stressed out, arguing with Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) on the phone. You could cut the tension with a knife. Apparently Maria Guadalupe has had enough of all this and wants to leave Tijuana. Adriana needs her to continue the lies they have been telling since August. After the case was dismissed Maria Guadalupe was really angry. What a complete disaster. It was awesome!
Trust me, I don’t derive any satisfaction in seeing this Sam. I am happy that Adriana got a dose of her own medicine finally. And it went down like eating a spoon full of sand. Things should have never gotten this far. These court dates are going to continue and spiral out of control for her. I am sure she will be wondering how we pulled this off as you and her enjoy your spa day tomorrow. It will be extra special because I paid for the spa day too. For both of you.
