Wednesday, June 8, 2011: Hi Sam! Guess what? I am standing in line to cross back into San Diego. I was told today was the day we would get a final judgment in the criminal case. Basically all we really did was sign off on all the evidence. I have no idea why I had to waste a day for that. NOW this case is ready for the judge, allegedly. The good news is that we did get some face time with the judge before we left. That was nice because it does not happen much here. I imagine having a gringo in her court room is rare. Alicia and Carlos think we made a good impression. I guess we will see. I hope so.
We are taking bets as to whether or not Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) will cancel our meeting for June 28th. Chances are good that she will. With all this going on and her showing absolutely NO remorse for anything she has done to us, she still has the nerve to ask me to talk privately. On Friday no less. In reality I would think about it if she accepts a shred of responsibility for her actions.
So not much will happen until August if no compromise is made. It’s been a whirlwind few months. I have plenty of stones to turn over still. In the meantime, we fight on my Princess. We fight on. I LOVE YOU SAM! I will see you Saturday.
