Thursday, September 4, 2014: Hi Sam, interesting day today. I will start with the investigators since that happened first. Jorge and I had a good meeting with them. They said that Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) acts like she knows she is a fugitive. Isaias Palomeque’s (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) name came up. Rest assured he is still involved.
Speaking of Palomeque. After meeting with the investigators, we had to meet with the DA’s office to certify the criminal cases against Palomeque, Adriana and Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio). The guy at the DA’s office told us that Tijuana has taken a stronger stand against parental child abduction in recent years. More people in his office are dedicated to prosecuting cases like ours. That was good to know.
Check this out. At one point the DA looked at me and said he recognized my name. Jorge told him I have been in that office a few times unfortunately. Then recalled Adriana filing a criminal case against me just 3-months ago for not paying Sam’s child support! Javier mentioned we have been paying the support in the court for over a year and that Adriana has not picked up her money since June. Which is exactly when Adriana filed the criminal complaint. Can you believe that??? She has absolutely no shame Sam.
So, at least this explains why Adriana did not pick up the money in court recently. She’s up to something crazy again. Obviously this will be easy to defend. Javier is looking into the specifics surrounding Adriana’s petition. That was it. The DA assured us they will update the civil courts on what is going on.
