Wednesday, October 14, 2015: As we walked out of the judge’s office, our investigators were sitting there waiting for us with a copy of the criminal complaint Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) filed in conjunction with why we were here originally. Part of the claims were that I was beating her, Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) and you on a regular basis. It get’s better. Adriana and Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) claimed that last July me and two friends kicked down the front gate with guns and tried to break into the house, threatening to kill everyone in the house.

Hmmm.

Adriana’s petition in civil court mentioned she had no idea where I was and that she had not seen me in quite some time. That and the address she gave to the criminal court where this allegedly happened was FAKE, as we established a couple days ago. Of course the police never investigated the claims and just took Adriana and Maria Guadalupe’s word for it at the time. The beauty is that their signatures are all over the false criminal reports. So, they are officially locked into all this bullshit.

Sitting next to us is the civil court DA. He was comparing notes between the two petitions Adriana filed in the civil and criminal courts when his cell phone rang, it was the criminal court DA.

“Is the gringo still in the court? We are going to come and arrest him. I have a couple officers coming down right now.”

This could not have been any more predictable. We did our homework and were ready for this. It was not hard to get out of there before the police arrived. I can’t get into the specifics because the case is still fluid. But believe me we will. I am actually chomping at the bit to release this video footage. For fuck sake, we rolled video the entire day. And, we were not hiding it. And still, these assholes still thought it was a good idea to try and ambush me. Even as we made our way out of the civil court building, we were still rolling video. Incredible.

Nobody was surprised that happened. We knew shit was going to hit the fan the moment they saw us, however that does not make it any less intense. Trying to have me arrested/ambushed was a really stupid move. They just had their asses handed to them in front of the entire court. It’s all on video. The smart thing to do would have been to go away quietly. Not throw more gasoline on the fire.

Remember when I mentioned Adriana filed a “power of attorney” so she could flee Mexico to be with Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) in the UK? Our goal, while in Irapuato, was to accomplish 2 things: see Samantha and and deliver a parting gift to Adriana of our own. Because Adriana signed a “power of attorney” the judge herself served Graciela Alarcon Barreda the petition for Adriana right there in front of us. Trying to have me arrested was a really stupid move because that will now be part of our case among the long line of stupid shit she has done. Lets talk #disbarment. Better yet, let’s do this in a language these fucktards can understand.

So while intense, it was a great day. Samantha knows we are still here and we are not going away! In the end, we were exhausted. We had to take the time to talk about everyone’s perspectives of the events of the day in order to get the complete picture. That took some time, and eventually we got a full understanding of what happened because everyone had different roles to play. Even the investigators on the streets looking for those addresses.
