Monday, January 18, 2016: Well Sam, it’s official. Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) and Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) have gone off the rails. First off, we think the attorneys she was using in Irapuato bailed on her, More than likely for non-payment. But that would be pure speculation. However, we do think they did bail on her. Who really cares what the reason is.
For starters, Adriana did try to file an appeal regarding the case she lost big time in Irapuato. It turns out it was rejected by the Supreme Court. So, chalk up yet another win in the Supreme Court for us. This would be win #3 in the Supreme Court. The decision to move the file back to Tijuana stands.
More good news. I have a copy of Adriana’s response to our petition we served her with while in Irapuato Civil Court. The petition the judge served her with by herself? Yes, that one. Oddly enough Adriana had to hire yet another attorney in Tijuana to do this. Lourdes has never heard of these people – and she knows everybody. So this could be more of the same for Adriana and her penchant for hiring ambulance chasers. Sadly, Adriana is that desperate Sam because she delivered an absolute gem of a response. Unfortunately in the process, she completely threw you under the bus. She started with the usual “what an asshole” I am. And how I bribed judges. And bribed DIF. You have heard it all before and then some. The reality is that a truth this awful is bound to get out. And now Adriana does not know how to react. It’s not like she was not warned this was going to happen.
This is where it gets interesting Sam. In her response Adriana has completely admitted to both of your abductions! She also admitted to knowingly moving you so many times and added she knew about all the court orders that she has defied and just did not care. She goes on to say that you actually put her up to doing all this. So, your abductions are all your fault according to Adriana Sam. Disgusting.
Adriana has no idea we have the warrants for her arrest. And we had them before she admitted all this. Yes Adriana will get her day in court, and that is fine. It’s all we asked. You and I both know, she will never even comply with that. Never mind her very freedom and marriage hangs in the balance.
In other news Sam, we are targeting January 29 to come see you. Even better, you will be taking the day off from school if everything works out. Stay tuned Beautiful! I LOVE YOU SAM!
