Thursday, December 3, 2015: While yesterday’s post is how Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) and Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) decided to start their day, as predicted, the hearing in Irapuato Civil Court ended. I don’t know all the details but from I am told, the hearing itself lasted 20-minutes. It turns out Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) was there. Not for long however, because the judge kicked her out of the hearing before it even got started because she was not the plaintiff on the case. Adriana, the actual plaintiff, was nowhere to be seen. Of course.

So, the first 2 minutes was the judge rendering her decision regarding Adriana’s petition. The judge said Adriana had to finish what she started in Tijuana because clearly she is no stranger to lying to the court. She also added that she could not rule on other aspects of this situation because jurisdiction was in Tijuana. Exactly what we expected.

So what does the judge do for the next 18-minutes? She really dropped the hammer on Adriana, Maria Guadalupe and her attorneys, Graciela Alarcon Barreda and her merry band of misfits. It was an epic rant. And they had to sit there and take it.

Even more remarkable, when she was done, the judge granted me visitation rights in Irapuato in the meantime. Not in Adriana’s home, but at DIF. She said I would have to give 5 days notice in order to make that happen too, which was reasonable. Incredible considering what happened last month.

Lourdes thought this was a good thing because it meant I got to see you. And she is right. On the other hand we all know Adriana will never comply with the judge’s order. To date Adriana has violated 22 court orders in the last 2 years alone. But I digress. I will get all the details of the hearing in the next couple days including the DVD of the entire hearing. That should be interesting.

Another bit of good news, we found out the address Adriana used in both civil and Irapuato Criminal Court is a fake address! There is literally nothing on that plot of land. Nothing! Which begs the question, where exactly did the police and the DA’s representative meet Adriana and Maria Guadalupe to discuss the criminal case? According the the investigating officer, they went to that fake address. When we went to meet with the DA to talk about the criminal case, the report specifically states that an investigator went to the location Adriana posted on the court documents. That address she provided was the same address she used in the civil case too. Again, where exactly did they meet? The likely scenario is that who ever this investigator is, went along with what Adriana told them because they thought this was a slam dunk case as much as she did. That was until we showed up and took a wrecking ball to her entire plan. That’s my guess.

The DA in Irapuato is going after Adriana and Maria Guadalupe for criminal perjury and filing a false police report. Because of the severity of her claims against me, she feels that there is a 95% chance she would get a conviction. The DA added that this means mandatory jail time for Adriana. At this point I am all for it. This has to stop and if Adriana is not willing to find an agreement we can all live with, she deserves to spend some time behind bars for what she has done to you Sam.
