Friday, December 4, 2015: Hi Sam. Today I received a copy of the legal talking points from the hearing yesterday. A lot of this I already talked about. Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) is appealing the decision. The irony for the appeal was not to argue the judge’s ruling or the fact she bold faced lied. No. Adriana is appealing the decision because she wants me to pay her your support directly again. The judge flat-out denied her that request after seeing what she pulled in the Tijuana’s 2nd Civil Court a couple years ago.
It gets better.
Adriana also wanted to have me get your support money from the Tijuana Civil Court and give it to her in Irapuato. OK, I will get right on that. Hahaha. So, the judge told her attorney, Graciela Alarcon Barreda, that Adriana should have thought about that before she fled to Irapuato. She has to go to Tijuana to get that money herself. Maybe she should have thought about that as well.
