Sunday, September 25, 2011: So, the last couple days Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) has been playing nice. Until I got to your house, I had no idea she was not home. Then again she made no mention that you were not home either. When I arrived, Adriana allowed you to go to your dance classes’ yesterday morning when I explicitly told her NO! We don’t have a compromise that will allow this to happen yet. Nor does she seem interested in finding one. She deliberately did this. No question. At one time your dance teacher actually got in the middle of it. Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) put her on the phone to talk to me. Your teacher had no idea about the agreement and felt horrible about the situation.

What is wrong with these people???

Omar Mireles Martinez went to go get you from class. When you came home, you could have cared less about dance class and ran over to me to give me a big Samy hug and kiss! What’s better is that Maria Guadalupe and Omar were standing right there as you did it. We had a great time as usual. I brought three different puzzles that you and I colored before we took them apart and put them together again. Then we spent most of the time in your self-made fort on the back patio. You have this knack for being able to isolate us from the outside. I notice it and enjoy it immensely. I have a feel for what is going on with the new court arrangement. Adriana obviously hates it. She is going to hate it more when I start to drag Maria Guadalupe all over the place. I will make sure to have a plan for us next week. I’m beyond grateful we don’t have to be in that house anymore.

Speaking of the house, it was unusually clean yesterday. Adriana is not a slob or anything like that. It’s hard to explain. I did not think anything of it until Maria Guadalupe tried to keep us from playing in your room or the upstairs patio. I started to pay attention more. All the chickens are gone, although there is another pig in the house to befriend the other pig already there. Adriana used to tell me when she moves, she would have to get rid of the chickens. Not sure why they are gone, but I remember that comment distinctly.

The garage was almost empty. All of Omar’s tools are nowhere to be seen. Furniture that was stacked up in the office is gone. In addition, the white car was gone too. Sold. I bought Adriana that car. Do you think she gave the money back to me? Of course not.

Last but not least, there were at least a dozen suitcases stacked up near the front door. I don’t have to explain how seeing this raised my anxiety level. It wasn’t until later that Adriana’s friend came over to take the suitcases. It turns out she took the furniture as well. What was weird, she was not alone because whoever helped her take the suitcases left her friend at the house. This is the same thing Adriana did before your abduction. They wouldn’t be dumb enough to do this in front of me would they?

So, all this is going on and Adriana tells me she’s in Mexicali. Yet both cars are at the house. When she abducted you, she told me she was in Mexico City so you can understand the trepidation when it comes to believing anything Adriana has to say. It’s so eerily similar. I did manage to sneak a peek upstairs to see why we were not allowed to be up there. Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) was sick and outside of some of your stuffed animals being stored, nothing looked out of place. Adriana bought you a new bed with my money, which is good. Yet your pink bed is still there. Not sure why she felt you needed a new bed.

It just goes to show that I cannot be around these people. I have had to put up with this arrangement for over 18-months. It’s completely ridiculous not to mention cruel and unusual punishment for both of us. This is no way for a Dad to help raise his daughter. On another note we had a little scare while watching the sunset. You and I were at the front gate watching the sun break through clouds and into the ocean. It was Tina’s turn to “supervise” us. She was trimming some of the small plants that lined the wall leading to the gate. It was enough of a distraction for you to walk over and see what she was doing. In doing so, you took a step on a steel door that covered a well. The salty ocean must have ate its way through that door over the years because you took one step on it and it completely collapsed. If it were not for your quick reflexes, you would have went in with it. Tina and I pulled you out and everything was OK. That was scary Sam. The well was not very deep or big, but large enough to be a problem.

True to form, does Adriana call to inquire about the well and how it happened? Of course not. She did call to accuse me of cutting her trees in the back yard. The truth is Maria Guadalupe mentioned something about a rat problem and had Tina cut the trees down because the rats were nesting in those trees. Omar was cleaning up the mess, and seeing the mountain of tree branches out there, I felt bad for him and chose to help him with the cleanup while you were eating lunch. You got in on the act too, helping me move the branches onto a pile. All the while learning how to use a machete. It was fun. I am certainly not holding my breath for an apology from Adriana. Omar was appreciative of the effort though.

I LOVE YOU SAM! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU!
