In the 2 weeks between this court video and the last one, we connect with the judge you see in the video. To say she was shocked at what was really going on was an understatement. In that 2-week period of time, we sent this judge certified copies of the entire case. All 23,000+ pages of it at the time. It’s over 30,000 pages today. Attached, were summaries of each case so the judge could get a quick understanding of what was really going on in the brief time we had between the last hearing and this one you are about to watch.
So, the only people who have no idea we are there were just around the corner watching this unfold in person: Samantha, Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel), Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) and Graciela Alarcon Barreda with her merry band of misfit attorneys. Everyone else in that room knew we were there.
When you start the video, take note. Immediately, you see Adriana Coronel Tenorio’s (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) attorneys. Graciela Alarcon Barreda is the woman on the far right. Mind you the judge is pissed Adriana is making a mockery of her court. The judge wanted to make sure Adriana and her attorneys were officially locked into their lies. After this hearing there would be no where for them to go. Perjury is 100% certain for all of them. Disbarment for the attorneys is also a real possibility after this hearing. This was no joke.
What you don’t see is me and my legal team. You read about what what we were doing while this hearing was going on for the last several days.
At the 2:38 mark – The court representative is officially paraphrasing the court case.
At the 3:55 mark – The judge asked if this was true and accurate and got agreement from all the attorneys.
At 4:06 – The one attorney confirmed it. At that point the judge talks about how the process will work from here on forward. The next hearing is scheduled for mid-November.
At 4:37 – The judge bands the gavel. Hearing over. Adriana and her attorneys are officially fucked.
At 4:41 – Graciela Alarcon Barreda knew something was off. The attorney in the middle was playing it off like it was a procedural thing and that it was no big deal. From here on out, Adriana and her attorneys lives were about to change.
At 5:00 – The hearing ended 10-minutes ago, time to spoil the party.
At 5:25 – Graciela Alarcon Barreda was talking to Adriana on the phone telling her the hearing went well.
At 5:30 – The woman on the right in the silver & black pants staring me down is Maria Guadalupe.
5:35 – This is the first time I had seen Samantha 15-months. Initially she stood up with a big smile on her face. Then she saw the scowl on Maria Guadalupe’s face and sat back down. Axel is sitting there with his head down.
At 6:06 – Axel is almost in tears. He has no idea what to do. Samantha has her back turned to me. This was not uncommon unfortunately. Every time Adriana went on the run, it would be some time before we found them and re-established connection with Samantha. When we did, Samantha was upset for a few minutes but then went back to her normal self.
At 6:15 – Samantha asks Maria Guadalupe “why is he here?” During this 15-months span they have been telling Samantha I abandoned her, I don’t care about her, I don’t support her, they don’t know where I am, etc. It’s the same thing they just had that court hearing on.
At 7:24 – Samantha is confused and crying. It’s absolute chaos in that waiting room. A couple of the female court staff are in tears because they knew what was going on and they have a front row seat to Samantha’s reaction. Maria Guadalupe and Axel are going in and out of the offices asking for help so they can hide in shame. Finally they are lead to a side office to calm things down. That’s when we were told to stop recording.
At 7:43 – After spending time with the judge, Ambush #4 is under way. This part is audio only for a reason. The audio is chopped up. Also for a reason. This is still an open case and this is evidence. You still get the idea.
