Tuesday, November 17, 2015: How appropriate was it that we flew down to Irapuato last week on November 10th. The 7-year anniversary of Samantha’s first abduction at the hands of Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel). The irony certainly did not escape anyone close to me, that’s for sure. We were returning to Irapuato for a scheduled hearing in the civil court regarding the events last month and Adriana’s petition to take Samantha away from me. While we were in Irapuato, we wanted to put the criminal case Adriana filed against me to rest.
The last time we were in Irapuato Adriana’s attorneys, Raymundo Cervantes Chavez, Juan Alberto Tapia Delgado, Rafael Flores Montoya de Anda, Alejandro Zepeda Galicia and Graciela Alarcon Barreda attempted to have me ambushed by the Irapuato Police and thrown into jail for the criminal case we will be highlighting the next couple days. Between then and now we had numerous conversations with the DA’s office regarding the case and the bigger picture of what is really going on. The DA was given access to the 23,000+ pages of evidence we shipped to the civil court last month. They were also aware we were bringing another 7,000 pages of evidence that helps support me against whatever Adriana was accusing me of. As a result, we were able to procure an amparo/suspension of Adriana’s criminal case which enabled us to travel to Irapuato without the risk of Raymundo Cervantes Chavez, Juan Alberto Tapia Delgado, Rafael Flores Montoya de Anda, Alejandro Zepeda Galicia and Graciela Alarcon Barreda trying to ambush me again. And more importantly get to the bottom of this once and for all.
So we arrive to the DA’s office and wouldn’t you know it, it’s inside the walls of a prison! That freaked me out a bit. Yes I had the suspension/amparo. Nothing was going to happen to me. It turns out the DA’s office was not ready to talk. Because I am American, the US State Department has to be notified of what was going on before they could talk to me. So we rescheduled for the next morning. In the meantime they were getting certified copies of what Adriana is accusing me of.
Next it was off to civil court right now to deliver the 7,000 pages in addition to the 23,000 pages we sent here last month as evidence against Adriana. All of this is evidence that Adriana is lying about everything and has a history of lying. And we have more evidence we decided to hold back on just in case we need it. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that 23,000 pages of evidence that Adriana is a pathological liar is pretty overwhelming and she knows it. That’s one reason why she is hiding behind a power of attorney while hanging Samantha out to dry in the courts by herself.
Later that evening, Toni told us that she has investigators ready to go in case Raymundo Cervantes Chavez, Juan Alberto Tapia Delgado, Rafael Flores Montoya de Anda, Alejandro Zepeda Galicia and Graciela Alarcon Barreda wants to start anything. These same people helped us when they found out that Graciela Alarcon Barreda called to try and have me ambushed last month. In fact, Toni gave them pictures of Samantha, Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio), Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) and Adriana. They told us that they recognized Samantha from last month, not having known what she looked like before. As Samantha, Maria Guadalupe and Axel were leaving the court building last month, Samantha was being dragged by the arm by Maria Guadalupe. Samantha was crying, “Why is my Dad here?” … “Why won’t you let me see my Dad more?” … “You are the reason why I have not been able to see my Dad!”
