Monday, June 8, 2009: Another day, another post from Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel). This time she talks about what a good photographer Samantha is. She’s only 3 at the time mind you. Adriana goes onto say that one of her pictures was a great gift for her aunt. Not my sister, Adriana’s sister Mara Coronel (AKA Mara Mireles Coronel, Mariana Coronel, Mariana Mireles Coronel). Adriana ends by bragging about her amazing collection of pictures of Samantha. Must be nice. Of course this day would not be complete without another e-card from Adriana. After all, she’s reminded of me everyday when she sees Samantha. It’s the least she could do after everything she has put us through don’t you think?
My favorite picture of Samantha? It’s the one above. She not even 3-days old and I was lying next to her when she was sleeping. She loved her space, sprawled out like there was no tomorrow. I started whispering to her so she would get used to my voice. Samantha reached over to grab my hand. And boy did she have a grip for a 3-day old! As you can see she gripped so hard she white-knuckled my pinky as to suggest she would never let go. And 7-years later she still has not let go. I LOVE YOU SAM!!!

Esta es la primera foto que mi hija tomo, creo que tiene talento, ademas de que solo tiene 3 añitos, se la pasa con la camara tomandole fotos a todo lo que ve, incluso a la comida, pero en esta ocasión su primer foto es a su barbie bailarina de ballet que le obsequio su tia, ademas de que es una de sus favoritas!
Me parece que en verdad tiene talento o es inata, puesto que aun me sigo sorprendiendo, así que ahora tengo una colección sorprendente de fotos de Sam.
