Saturday, September 25, 2010: Hi Sam! I had a long meeting with Alicia and Carlos yesterday. It was very interesting. Our first court date stemming from the ambush Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) inspired on August 7th is on October 8th. Nothing will be decided at this hearing. It’s an evidentiary meeting to see what Adriana has to back up all the lies she told. We will get to cross examine, which I look forward to seeing. We will have the same hearing at some point, perhaps then common sense will prevail finally and Adriana will stop this nonsense. It’s obvious what Adriana motives are and those are about to get exposed. I can’t wait.
In addition, we petitioned family court to find a neutral site to have our visits. Adriana does not want this to happen. She wants to take you away from me for good Sam. Obviously by abducting you, she wanted that two years ago. August 7th reiterated this crazy notion. Now it’s official. While she wants to take you away from me, Adriana wants me to pay more support to help with your upbringing. She spends that money on herself because she has two other guys in her back pocket paying her bills too. What’s funny is that she is using the fact I was able to come up with the money to get out of prison, the prison she helped put me in, as a reason I should pay more. I have always agreed that I would take care of all your things Sam if Adriana let me spend more time with you. She has always refused. Always. It will be interesting to use Adriana’s own words against her as we have done all along. Continue to give Adriana enough rope and she will inevitably hang herself with it. Always.
There is an old Chinese proverb, “when you tell the truth, you never have to remember what you told people”. Adriana and her attorney, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez & Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez, have never learned that lesson. It’s interesting that they are not even smart enough to stick to the same story. The story she lied about on August 7th and the story she is telling the family court judge as to what happened August 7th were two different things! Which is different still from the story she told the criminal court. Unbelievable!
Our medical expert that is going to testify against Adriana is 1 of 4 doctors considered experts in the medical field by the Supreme Court in Baja California. He is the doctor who told us Adriana is lying about her neck injuries. The doctor told us Adriana would be dead if the events of August 7th went down the way she says they did. The injuries she said she had are fatal to anyone who get them. In addition, the doctor who “examined” Adriana and told the court about the neck injuries is not even qualified to give such an examination.
Like I said, cross examination should be interesting.
The investigators we had hired to canvass the area to find witnesses, found the two people in the pet store where most of the action was. They were there that day and saw what happened. They are still looking for the 4 women from the white Chevy truck Adriana plowed into. They gave me their phone numbers to contact them, so it’s only a matter of time. The investigators also took pictures of the PT Cruiser in the driveway of the house. When I saw the picture of the car, you can still see the damage to the driver’s side door behind the driver. That is where Adriana side swiped the car at the pet store, before she plowed into the white Chevy. The investigators are under the impression Adriana is trying to disguise the car because it now has no license plate and there is a license plate holder from a dealer of some kind.
Since the car had California license plates, we had them run to see who was on the registration. Wouldn’t you know it the car is registered to Adriana’s prostitution business partner who lives in Los Angeles. That car has been impounded more times by the police because the license plate had a 2008 sticker on it and she has had a mountain of trouble trying to import the tags on the car because it’s not really hers in the first place.
More changes Adriana made to the car: under the left side of the car in picture from the investigators, the chrome tailpipe is no longer there. Those have to be welded on. It’s not like Adriana can decide to take it off to change the appearance of the car. Once it’s welded on it’s there forever. Whatever happened to the tailpipe took some effort.
So, now I know why Adriana continues to call me and hang up the phone. 3 more times since Friday alone. She’s definitely afraid. And she should be.
While all of this puts my mind at ease that I have great people helping me get through this, nothing can replace the huge hole in my heart I have by not being able to spend time with you Sam. I have not had a good night sleep in 2-years. I miss you so much. I take solace in that you have my personality and temperament which means you are a natural born leader Sam. I am so proud of you. I am here. I am fighting and as long as I am breathing I will never quit. I never have in my life and never will. I long for the day I can say, I LOVE YOU SAM!!! Many KISSES!
