Monday, September 9, 2013: Holy cow Sam, Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) has done it again. When I first heard about her latest antics I wish I could say I was angry. Truth be told, she really is that predictable. I might send her a “thank you” card as a result. Lourdes calls me to tell me it’s not going to be a good idea to come down on Thursday. She goes on to tell me how she has been trying to get into contact with Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez to try and keep Adriana out of jail but the guy did not return any of her phone calls. It’s a professional courtesy to return calls from other attorney. It’s unheard of for one attorney to blow another one off like this, especially when that one is trying to keep Adriana out of jail! Lourdes was suspicious of Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez’s behavior and looked into it.
Keep in mind, a lot of people do not like Adriana because of what she has been doing. They all say the same thing. They can’t believe that she is depriving you of spending time with me and my family like she has. To make a long story short, Lourdes found out that Adriana and Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez is trying to take you away from me. Again. For the 4th time. Remember the 1st was your abduction. The 2nd was when she tried to take you away from me by having me ambushed and using a criminal case against us. When she lost that case, the 3rd was when she appealed the decision to the Supreme Court. Never mind all the times she’s gone on the run, like now. I am strictly referring to all the legal tricks she is trying to use.
Well today is the 4th time. Lourdes found out that Adriana is not only trying to take you away from me, she is trying to do it without me knowing about it so she can win a court order by default. She is using the same old excuses that have never worked, “I am a violent person and have never supported you financially”. No joke Sam. Rather than be a productive member of society, this is what Adriana sits around and thinks about all day.
Not only are they trying this for a 4th time Sam, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez went to a completely different judge, in a different court and in a different jurisdiction because they are afraid we will find out. And they should be afraid. While one can never underestimate the power of stupidity, we have ALWAYS found out what she is doing!
In addition to all that, Adriana is claiming she has no idea where I am or where I live. They tried to have me served at our old house house, knowing full well I was not there. She knows damn well I moved from there in January 2009. She has my address and can have me served here. She also knows who my attorneys are in Tijuana. She could have had me served there too. We had her served at her attorney’s office before, so we know this works. No, she is trying to pull a fast one and little does she know it’s going to backfire in her face.
We are not supposed to know about this. It’s got to be getting the best of Adriana to know that the “pinche gringo” has more friends in Mexico than her and her entire family do.
