Monday, December 9, 2013: Hi Sam. How are you beautiful? Dad misses you so much. I have very incredible news for you today. I spoke with Lourdes today. For starters, the judge Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) blew off back in October caught up to her today in court as Adriana was collecting the support money I leave there for you. Adriana had no idea what to do when the judge strongly requested an immediate sit down in her office.

The first question the judge wanted an answer too was “why she blew off the meeting she requested for October 25?”. Adriana did what she does best, she lied right to the judge’s face. Adriana told the judge she was never told about the appointment. Incredible! Right away the judge called her on the lies. Pointing out the notifications to her attorney Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez,  who is obligated to hell her. Then there was the visit we had at the house with me, Lourdes and the court official who talked to Adriana about it twice while we were there. The judge even asked Adriana what would the court official, who was there, say if she were in the room? And, never mind the appeal Adriana filed to keep Sam from going. The judge knew about that too. And the only way Adriana can file an appeal is if she knew what she was appealing in the first place. That requires her signature. We have a copy of that appeal. And wouldn’t you know it Adriana’s signature is right there.

Adriana just can’t help herself. She can’t tell the truth about anything. As the conversation continued, she tells the judge the same old story, about how bad I am and that I am aggressive, etc. Adriana has nothing else to say.

The judge noted that she is aware visits cannot continue the way they have been. She was shocked to learn of Adriana’s “secret” petition. Appalled was more like it. She noted that she felt it was time Adriana saw the inside of a jail cell. This was the only way to get her to stop this nonsense because clearly she is never going to do the right thing.

As epic as that was, there is more to tell. The judge presiding over the “secret” petition may actually make rulings on it in January. This should be interesting.

Unfortunately, we will not have access to the court officials while on holiday break. We can’t even pay them extra to work under the table during this time. They would lose their jobs. Understandably, we don’t want that to happen. At the same time, we have no idea how this affects Christmas. It’s not looking good and that makes me incredibly sad. Lourdes thinks we can properly motivate the Notary to help us. We will have to see how this plays out. I am going to do my best to be with you during the holiday. Remember Sam, even blind faith keeps us in the fight. I LOVE YOU PRECIOUS!
