Thursday, February 13, 2014: Hi Sam. I got some time in line heading back to San Diego after a marathon meeting with Jorge and Lourdes. We talked about everything on the eve of the evidence phase of the petition Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) filed behind our backs in the 2nd Family Court. It’s due on Wednesday. This is a big case Sweetheart. Adriana already looks bad for not wanting to find common ground here, especially when this petition already blew up in her face. Then again Adriana has never thought about the long term affects of her actions.
What I do know more than anything, I miss you so much Sam. I feel horrible for you because you should not be subjected to this. You should be in a position to enjoy both parents and both cultures like normal kids. I’m reminded of a time when Adriana allowed you to talk to me on the phone when we were not together. That did not stop her from listening into the conversations. When she did not like the way the conversations were going (i.e.: telling me you missed me, telling me you loved me, asking me to buy you special gifts or you favorite snacks, or talk about what you wanted to do with me when she saw me again), Adriana would either grab the phone or hang up on me without warning.
