Friday, November 13, 2015: Good morning Sam. First off I apologize. My intention was to split up the post from yesterday. Like I have done in the past. Documenting things in real-time as the day went along. Things happened so fast that by the time we boarded our flight back home my cell phone was completely dead. Believe me Sam, that phone is a champ. It was smoking with it being in constant use yesterday.
The day started off with Toni picking us up at the hotel at 8:30 in the morning. The hearing in the civil court started at 11:00. Before then we wanted to get over to the criminal courts to see what exactly Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) was accusing me of and to render my official response. 9:00 on the dot, there we were. The DA knew we were coming and had everything ready. She already knew what was going on because of prior conversations with the attorneys and civil court judge.
So for starters, nobody was surprised at what we read Sam. This was so typical of Adriana and Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio). Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) is off the hook here, for now. In the civil case in Irapuato, Adriana listed Axel as a witness to this criminal “event“. The actual criminal complaint did not list him as a witness. That will be important for a couple reasons, first of which is that Axel will not be charged with perjury in this particular case. He may still be liable for perjury for his involvement in the civil case. Adriana and Maria Guadalupe will be charged with perjury and filing a false police report. And unlike the perjury charges they racked up in Tijuana, this is s lot more serious because of what they accused me of. The DA is angry and she is going after Adriana and Maria Guadalupe. With or without our help.
So, Adriana and Maria Guadalupe are accusing me of coming to your home in Irapuato with another person, kicking the front gate and threatened to kill everyone in the home back on July 28, 2015 at 8:00 PM. The time is important as you will see in a minute. Not only that, Adriana accused me of having a gun with me at the time. She mentions that you were not there. You were with Maria Guadalupe at her house at the time this happened. Why you would not be at your home at 8:00 on a Tuesday evening is beyond me, but that is what she said. I forgot to mention that the address Adriana uses in the complaint is the same fake address she gave the civil court. That plot of land has nothing on it: no buildings, no house. Nothing.
Then it was your Maria Guadalupe’s turn. Given their history of lying and not being able to even get their stories straight even among themselves, it surprised no one that they were not even able to coordinate to get their stories straight with so much on the line. While Adriana told the DA you were at Maria Guadalupe’s house when this event allegedly happened, Maria Guadalupe said she was actually there with all of you. She did not see anything but on July 28, 2015 at approx. 12:00 in the afternoon, said she heard me kicking the gate in front of the house and heard me threaten to kill everyone in the house. So, Adriana said I was there at 8:00 at night while Maria Guadalupe said I was there 8-hours earlier at 12:00 in the afternoon. Alrighty then.
From the DA’s standpoint, there are a lot of issues with Adriana’s complaint against me. She outlined all of them for us, acknowledging she knew Adriana was full of shit from the start. From my perspective, this is easy. I was on vacation at the time she said this happened. A well documented vacation at that.
Suffice it to say, the criminal court DA is pissed at Adriana and Maria Guadalupe. Because of the seriousness of the accusations she made against me, there will be consequences. This has to stop. Unfortunately, Adriana had her chances to make this right. She will lose this perjury case and she will go to jail. There is nothing I can do about that. She deserves it at this point. Had Adriana been successful in pulling off ambush #4 and getting me arrested, I would still be in jail, prison even. Mexico has very strict gun laws. Get caught with a gun, you sit in jail until the case/trial has concluded. There is no bail on a gun charge. Furthermore, accusing someone of trying to commit mass murder, that’s not good either. That was Adriana’s whole intention, get me thrown in prison again for something I did not do and because of the seriousness of the complaint it would be a couple years before I saw my freedom. Adriana is looking at 2-3 years in prison just for this perjury charge by it self. Never mind the 3 counts of perjury she faces in Tijuana and we have not even gotten to what she faces for your abduction. No doubt that carries some serious prison time as well.
So with that, we were off to the civil court for the 11:00 hearing.
