Wednesday, March 30, 2016: Hi Sam. The criminal court judge green-lit the re-apprehension order to have Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) arrested again. She is not happy that Adriana did not even try to comply with her court orders let alone anyone else’s. We have to wait until tomorrow for it to be official, but this is as sure of a thing as there is in the world. Adriana blew town awhile ago. I would venture to guess she’s not even in Mexico right now judging by the lack of responses from Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) on the website lately. Even Adriana’s public defender is flabbergasted. Innocent people do not run! I did not run when Adriana ambushed me and had me thrown in prison. Hope she enjoys her extended stay in La Mesa Prison because that is exactly what is going to happen. Who is she going to blame for her next arrest? Anyone but herself, of course.
Speaking of which, more details came out from the conversation Adriana had with the attorney she wanted to hire so Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) could adopt you. It turns out Adriana did not hire this attorney because this attorney did not want the case. After Adriana explained what she wanted to do, the attorney told Adriana she did not need an attorney, she needed a psychiatrist. It’s impossible to have anyone legally take you away from me. That after reviewing the criminal case against her and the proceedings in the 1st family court, the attorney told Adriana that it was clear to her that I am not an unreasonable man and that it would be in her and Samantha’s best interests to stop this nonsense and find a compromise.
If that sounds familiar , it’s because Adriana has been told this by everyone in the last 7-years, 4-months, 20-days since this all started.
So then the conversation went from the adoption that can’t happen to her representing Adriana in the 1st civil court case. What Adriana failed to tell this lawyer is that there are other civil cases pending. She is losing badly in all of them. No joke. And when the attorney said she would help Adriana in the 1st civil court, she told Adriana what her retainer would be to start working on the case. Adriana mentioned that she did not have the money, but that she could go to the court to get your support money and use that as part of the retainer. The attorney told her she can’t help her get the money. Then followed up with, “First of all that money is for Samantha, not you. Second, the money is in your name, why don’t you get the money yourself?”
Adriana: “I can’t get the money because Brian has people there waiting to arrest me.”
Smelling bullshit, the attorney told Adriana that she just got bailed out of jail. “Adriana, what are you not telling me? If Samantha’s father is 1/2 the asshole you and Maria Guadalupe are making him out to be, why is he still paying child support for his daughter even though you have kept her from him for the last 2 years? It seems that your best bet in walking away from all this is to compromise with Samantha’s father.”
Adriana did not like that very much. She stormed out of the office never to be heard from again. Because of course she did. Little did this attorney know, Adriana had no intention of sticking around. That’s why she really needed the money.
So, it turns out you were in Tijuana Sam! The last detail the attorney shared with us was that she got to talk to you for a few minutes. She asked how you were doing. You told her you could not sleep very well; that you were having nightmares since Adriana was arrested….yet you knew Adriana was arrested because of something bad she did.
Sam, even you know what Adriana is doing is horribly wrong. I am so proud of you. I am so sorry this is going on. As you read this, you are at the age where you are probably looking at the dates and reading my posts reminiscing about your perspective of those times. Yes, Adriana was arrested for doing something very bad and it’s only going to get worse for her if she does not get her act together. And quickly.
The attorney told us how you and I look so much alike and mentioned how beautiful you are. She said she was sorry about what was going on and that you were holding up as well as you could under the circumstances. I don’t doubt that for a second Beautiful. You got that from me. Rest assured, I’m coming. If the Coronel-Tenorio’s and Howitt’s, Palomeque and anyone else wants to go down with Adriana, I will be more than happy to oblige all of you at this point. Enough already.
