Saturday, September 27, 2014: Yesterday we talked about ambush #2, which was the premise of case number 1123/2013 in Juzago Segundo del lo Familia Tijuana, 2nd Family Court. The sob story Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) tells everyone who will listen is that I am hostile, violent and aggressive. What you are reading here is that it’s the complete opposite. Adriana is actually the one who is violent, hostile and aggressive. Her and her family.
Holding me against my will is certainly a reason to go yet Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) and Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) both still have all their teeth in their mouths. In fact when you hear the audio from May 11, 2013, I was in complete control of the situation which kept Samantha calm and given this was the 2nd ambush against her Dad she witnessed with her own eyes, the last thing she needed was to be more stressed than the situation already allowed. And that is the beauty of Jiu Jitsu.
Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) dabbled in Taekwondo at one time. Does that make the kid violent? Hardly. Jiu Jitsu teaches us quite a bit about people actually. Over the years you learn what another human being is capable of just by reading their body language. The bottom line, as one progresses in their Jiu Jitsu training, learning how to assess perceived threats is something that comes natural over time.
The day they tried to hold me against my will, nobody complained about me causing physical harm to anyone. And that is the discipline. Showing compassion and sympathy towards those who may actually deserve it. In fact, the only complaint Adriana had about that day was that she was trying to accuse me of breaking the garage door that Palomeque himself disabled. Once she learned about the audio from that day, which clearly supports what I am saying, I never heard about that garage door again.
The 1st Family Court was not having any of this from Adriana. The court official that you have been reading about, well it was time for him to pay a visit and set Adriana, Palomeque, Axel and Maria Guadalupe straight. On July 7, 2013 that is exactly what he did.
When we got to the house, it looked like a hurricane hit it. Never mind the goat chained to the palm tree in the front yard eating everything in sight. Yes, I said a goat. Low and behold, Adriana was in the middle of another move and tried to do it without us knowing. Imagine that. Initially they tried to tell us Samantha was not there. However, Samantha was very much there. She was on the balcony overlooking the front yard trying to get an idea what all the commotion was about. All the while playing a silent version of Peek-A-Boo with me without giving away that everyone else there lied about her actually being there. Finally I shouted out her name and that it was OK to come down and be with us. The court official was not happy they lied to him.
The short of it is that when Samantha did come down, Maria Guadalupe and Axel did everything humanly possibly to make sure Samantha never left that front yard. Physically blocking her from giving me a hug, which is what she wanted to do more than anything. Again, cool as a cucumber, I let their actions speak for themselves. After all they had no idea they were being recorded. But still, even if we were not rolling video, this level of stupidity doesn’t require retaliation. It requires a padded cell. Suffice it to say, Samantha got her hug. Telling Maria Guadalupe to get out of her way in order to make it happen.
The day ended with another stern warning from the court and direct orders for Adriana to report her new address given the court orders she was under. In true fashion, Adriana violated the court directive to report her 6th address in 5-years. The Mexican courts actually got sick of her enough to issue an arrest warrant for not complying with court orders. As our luck would have it, as PGE was literally executing the warrant, Adriana made her way to court to report her address.
The new house Palomeque procured was definitely a step up, not that there was anything wrong with the other place. It was in a gated-community with mostly American’s who lived in the neighborhood. We learned quickly that Adriana intended to take full advantage of the security guards at the gates. Occasionally denying us access just because they could. That did not last long when the court officials warned the guards not to get in the way of court business.
In the coming months, we noticed the blatant and brazen disregard for the court officials as Adriana, Palomeque, Maria Guadalupe and Axel kicked up the crazy a couple notches. And along with that the hostility towards us for just wanting to create a safer environment for Samantha.
Examples: Axel trying to goat me into a fight with him. Seriously Axel? Adriana and Maria Guadalupe verbally harassing the court official every chance they got. AND Maria Guadalupe & Palomeque bypassing me and picking a fight with a woman who was 4-months pregnant and a 60-something year old man. This kind of stuff went on all the time.
Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) knows this house. When Howitt was not there, Palomeque was. When Howitt was not there, neither were his pictures, Palomeque’s were. It’s was a circus. So much of a circus, they actually tried to keep me from actually taking video or pictures of any kind. They did not want any of this getting out.
The upward trend in continued hostility by Adriana, Axel, Palomeque and Maria Guadalupe did not go unnoticed. The question we had was “Why are they all-of-a-sudden so brazen about it on a regular basis?”
