Sunday, September 28, 2014: One day we got a call from someone inside at the courthouse. They told us Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez, Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez and Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) were in the 2nd Family Court filing a case against me. Not many gringos have cases in the civil court building. A story this ugly struck a nerve with a lot of people and before long Adriana became a household name in that building for her blatant disregard for Samantha. That did not sit well with anyone working in the courthouse.

Of course, the crux of Adriana being in the 2nd Family Court was to win a default judgement without us knowing so she could take Samantha away from me without me even knowing. This court filing was supposed to be so secret. Diaz Gomez was going around making people promise not to say anything. That we could NOT know about that court filing. By doing that, it quickly became the worst kept secret in the history of secrets because we found out about it the next day. That is how much people in that Mexican courthouse despise Adriana and Diaz Gomez.

If you read the actual case number 1123/2013 Juzago Segundo del lo Familia Tijuana, you will see Adriana was trying to say that I have never supported Samantha. That I have never even seen Samantha. And that she has no idea where I am or how to contact me. Therefore I should be denied my rights to my own daughter. That is exactly what that petition said.

When we got word of the actual petition we laughed and thought there was a candid camera in the room. The 2nd Family Court is literally right across the hall from the 1st Family court. They are on the same floor in the same building. When we found out Diaz Gomez was going around making people promise not to tell anyone about the case, that sounded exactly like something he would do. That’s when we knew this was real. Talk about ill-conceived and desperate.

Adriana filed that case as she was moving for the 6th time in 5-years. She did not give her new address because she did not think it would matter. She thought she would have her default judgement and she could go on milking Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) and Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) for as much money as she could and live happily ever after with 2 guys raising Samantha instead of me.

We found out about this petition THE NEXT DAY! And the beauty of it was Adriana & Company had no idea we knew about it. Adriana had no idea we talked to the judge presiding over her case in the 2nd Family Court. Adriana had no idea we talked to the judge in the 1st Family Court. Adriana had no idea both judges talked to one another.

The judge in the 2nd Family Court told us how the process for something like this will play out. Since Adriana was claiming she had no idea where I was, she had to “notify” me publicly of her intentions through the newspaper. Once Adriana did that she was locked into all her lies. There was no going back for her. I would have a certain amount of time to answer the charges, if I read the notice, and the process would go from there. Adriana was counting on us not seeing the notice. So, we waited for the notice to appear in the newspaper. And we waited, and waited and waited. The judge told us that printing a notice like that in the newspaper was expensive and he felt Adriana probably did not have the money to have it printed. That was when I suggested I can give Adriana the money myself just so we could get this going. We already had a copy of the petition. We had our response and evidence ready. All we were waiting for was for Adriana to get her act together, as much as a sociopathic narcissist could get their act together. The judge laughed, he already knew how this case was going to go. “Tranquillo Brian” he told me.

Four months after Adriana filed case number 1123/2013 Juzago Segundo del lo Familia Tijuana, this little ditty finally appeared in the news paper. I understand that it is a little hard to read. I tried to clean it up as much as possible to view here. No worries though, it’s a part of the file for case number 1123/2013 Juzago Segundo del lo Familia Tijuana.

child abduction, left behind parent, Mexican judicial system, parental abduction, parental alienation, parental child abduction playbook, parental kidnapping, 1st Family Court, 2nd Family Court, Adriana Coronel Tenorio, Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel, case number 1123/2013 Juzago Segundo del lo Familia Tijuana, case number 2037/2008 JUZGADO PRIMERO FAMILIAR TIJUANA, Daniel Duncan Howitt, Danny Howitt, DJO Global, Donjoy, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Isaias Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez, Kenneth Duncan, Money Gram, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez, Western Union

Of course when that notice was posted in the newspaper, it was time to let the dogs loose. Adriana was locked into her lies and there was no going back for any of them. My investigators sent Palomeque copies of the petition pictured in the post a couple days ago. Along with it a copy of this notice from the newspaper to his office at DJO Global with a note asking him if this “looked familiar” to him?

Oh to be a fly on the wall in Palomeque’s office when he opened that envelope. That sent Palomeque, Adriana, Maria Guadalupe and Diaz Gomez into a complete panic. As it should have. Diaz Gomez stormed into the courthouse and demanded to know who told us about the petition. Oscar was in such a panic he even admitted that they were in a lot of trouble because of this. Amazing.

It’s worth noting that Adriana is claiming that I never supported Samantha. This is the basis of her petition. Keep this in mind as you read the rest of this today and tomorrow because Palomeque played right into our hands and exposed Adriana’s scam without him even knowing what he did until it was too late. What Adriana never told Palomeque or Howitt is that originally I was paying support for Samantha in the JUZGADO PRIMERO FAMILIAR TIJUANA, 1st Family Court, under case number 2037/2008. These deposits were made directly to the court. After 3-months Adriana complained it would take too long for the court to giver her the money. So, we came to a compromise and started to use Money Gram instead. This gave Adriana access to the money sooner. If you are not familiar with Money Gram, it’s the same thing as Western Union. I wired money to Adriana instantly with no hassles. Surely, Adriana had to know that Money Gram keeps extensive records of every transaction so the assertion of us not paying support was crazy at best and would not hold once the judge saw the 200+ pages of evidence.

However, that did not stop Adriana from selling that sob story about me not supporting Samantha to Palomeque and Howitt too. After all when she drove Palomeque to the courthouse to show him there was no money in the court for Samantha, because she was already collecting it through Money Gram, Palomeque gave her the money on top of the rent he was already paying on those houses. Hell of a scam.

Before things got started in the 2nd Family Court, the judge in the 1st Family Court wanted a sit-down with Adriana. After repeated requests went ignored, the judge finally tracked down Adriana and had her sit-down. Adriana was reminded that lying is not the way to solve this problem. Keeping Samantha’s best interests in mind is and doing what she has been doing to Samantha’s REAL DAD was not going to win in the end.

That was a nice try by the judge, but Adriana could care less. That discussion went in one ear and out the other. What the judge in the 1st Family Court did do was broker an arrangement/compromise that both Adriana and I could live with. Knowing Adriana like I do, I wanted guarantees that when Adriana screws this up. And she will screw this up because that is what Adriana does. I want the penalty to so harsh that even Adriana would be afraid of the consequences. If the judge’s main concern was Samantha’s best interests, then creating an environment where Samantha did not have to witness her REAL DAD get ambushed by her mother twice should be their top priority. Given the chance, Adriana will try to ambush me again. It was only a matter of time.

Well, the judge decided to give Adriana the benefit of the doubt one last time. Nice work Your Honor because it only took Adriana all of 30-seconds into the brokered arrangement to ambush me for a 3rd time. It’s like getting mad at the bull for giving you the horns.

  1. This truly falls under the category of “you can’t make this stuff up.” Adriana sure does like to make life complicated. Wow.
