6-years, 11-months, 12-days into Samantha’s abduction

Thursday, October 22, 2015: So much was going on leading up to October 14, 2015. I could not write everything I wanted to write as things were very fluid. You are getting those details now. So. Wednesday, October 14, 2015. I am not sure where to even begin with what happened on this day. Perhaps from the beginning would help given so much happened in such a short period of time. We arrived to court about 10 minutes before Samantha, Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio), Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) and Graciela Alarcon Barreda. Samantha was there and that was the most important thing.

The hearing was supposed to start at 2:00. The hearing before ours was running late which pushed us back about 20 minutes. The DA came in to tell us that when Maria Guadalupe took the stand to testify, that was our best shot to enter the room and spend time with Samantha. During this time we were not just sitting there waiting. The DA gave us a copy of the complaint Adriana filed behind our backs. Remember, Adriana actually filed this petition in August 2015, 3-months after she went on the run for the 8th time in 6 1/2 years and 2nd time in the previous 9-months.

There are 4 things Adriana is trying to get the court to believe.

1. That in Sam’s 9 years, I never supported her, until August 2015.
2. That her and I lived together in Irapuato the entire time until recently.
3. That she does not know where I live but gave the court an address in Irapuato and tells them that I live there. Yes, you read that right.
4. That she claims that I go to her house on a regular bases to beat the shit out of her, Axel and Samantha.

On the surface you read this and realize a few things. The first is that this is classic Adriana. Nobody talks out of her mouth and her ass at the same time better than Adriana. Adriana claims that I never supported Samantha yet we were allegedly living together in Irapuato until recently. Yet she got married to Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) December 2013 in Puerto Vallarta. Adriana does not know where I live yet gives the court an address in Irapuato and tells them I live there. Last, she claims I would go to her house and beat the shit out of her, Axel and Samantha on a regular basis. Adriana even filed a criminal case against me in Irapuato with all these false accusations. You read this right. And in time I am going to actually publish the entire complaint Adriana filed. Stay tuned for that.

We were not surprised in the least at what we were reading. Adriana pulled this same stunt in 2013. It’s obvious they never once thought we would find out. Or that in a few moments we all would be face-to-face yet again. Believe me we were ready.

So, we had people on the street going to the addresses Adriana claimed on the petition. Both addresses were fake.

Then we noticed Adriana gave “power of attorney” to her new lawyer, Graciela Alarcon Barreda. That can only mean one thing, Adriana was not even in the country. She was with Howitt in the UK. Knowing this we checked Adriana’s signature on the initial petition. That was fake as well! Someone forged her signature on that document.

Last but not least, the investigators did some digging and gave us some information about Adriana’s attorneys, Raymundo Cervantes Chavez, Juan Alberto Tapia Delgado, Rafael Flores Montoya de Anda, Alejandro Zepeda Galicia and Graciela Alarcon Barreda. These people are definitely on the state’s “scumbag attorney” list. They are known to lie all the time. Perfect. Sounds like they get along with Adriana quite well.

So all of this was going on and we had yet to step into the court room.
