Thursday, October 22, 2015: So, October 14th at 3:00PM. Finally, it was go-time. Lourdes was walking in front of me and Jorge was behind me video recording everything. I see Graciela Alarcon Barreda, Adriana Coronel Tenorio’s (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) attorney. She’s sitting outside the court room. I locked eyes with her. She immediately knew who I was and looked like she was in absolute shock.

Next, I see Samantha right in front of me. Sitting in a chair with her back to the waiting room. Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) was sitting next to her staring at the floor.

Then, I walk right past Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) on my way to Samantha. Maria Guadalupe too looked like she was in absolute shock. None of these people were expecting to see us. No doubt about it.

At this time I am standing right behind Samantha. Jorge video recording everyone’s reactions. I tap Samantha on the shoulder. She turns around and stands up with this look of absolute joy on her face. Then she looks around at Maria Guadalupe and Graciela Alarcon Barreda and immediately looked confused. I knelt down beside Samantha and started crying. I can’t even write this without reliving it and getting emotional again. I told Samantha that I never left her, that I never stopped fighting for her, that I love her and that the people that brought her into that room are very bad people and I am there to deal with them. I opened my bag to show Samantha some of the missed birthday and Christmas gifts for her.

Axel was in disbelief this was happening. He kept looking at me then down at the floor. I asked him, “Are you proud of yourself Axel?”

Axel would not look at me, “Look at me when I talk to you.”

Axel looks up and I ask him “Did you think you would get away with this?”

Axel stands up, looking down at the floor tells me, “We will see.”

Me, “By the looks on your faces, I think everyone in the room knows how this is going to end. Even you.”

It was then Axel realized he’s being video recorded and hides behind Maria Guadalupe.

It’s hysteria in the waiting area. Maria Guadalupe yelling out to anyone who will listen, “SOMEONE HELP US!!!”

Finally the court clerks allow Graciela Alarcon Barreda, Samantha, Maria Guadalupe and Axel into a side room. Of course we followed them, still recording video. Lourdes sees the 23,000 pages of the case files we sent them. These same people that allowed them into the back were reading the files we sent them as all this was going on. And they are in tears reading what was really going on.

As Graciela Alarcon Barreda was trying to hide Samantha from me, Lourdes reminds the clerks that the files they were reading were because of all the people creating the scene in their court is trying to hide Samantha from her father, that Samantha had absolute joy on her face when she saw her Dad for the first time in 15-months, AND that the looks on the faces of Graciela Alarcon Barreda, Maria Guadalupe and Axel was that of absolute panic because we were the last people they expected to see, and they know the case they filed against me just blew up in their face. Again. The court clerks are still in tears crying.

Two doors down was the judge’s chambers. She heard the commotion outside and walked over to us, asking us to come in her office. Sitting in the office is the DA. They both thanks us for coming and that by the next day 1/2 of Irapuato is going to know what happened in her court, and that is not a bad thing for us. The conversation goes back and forth about why Irapuato is different from Tijuana. Basically different states, different systems. They can keep a tighter control of things than Tijuana can because they are a smaller city. To that point, I told the judge that all these processes work up until a certain point. With a family like Adriana’s family, they could care less about consequences. They will just pack up and move again. After all, this is the 8th time they have been on the run in 7 years, and twice in the last 15-months. Samantha has never been to the same school 2-years in a row. We don’t need a process, we need to end this once and for all, for Samantha’s sake. And all you need to know about Adriana is that while she had no idea we were coming to this hearing, she is in the UK with Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) while she left her 2 kids hanging out to dry in that courtroom by themselves. Pathetic on her part.

We knew going in that nobody on Adriana’s side was going to take our presence there lightly. It was only a matter of time before that group of reprobates would try something stupid. Our investigators called as we were wrapping up the meeting with the judge and told us Graciela Alarcon Barreda had called the DA in the criminal court where she filed that fake petition against me for (allegedly) “beating up Adriana, Axel and Samantha on a regular basis”. Graciela Alarcon Barreda was quoted as saying that “The gringo is here and this may be our last chance to get him arrested.”

Indeed it was Graciela Alarcon Barreda. We were ready for that too as you already know. Trying to have me arrested for something I did not do was a really stupid move. Adriana has tried that a few times already. You just had your case blow up in your face in such spectacular fashion. In front of the entire court no less. The smart thing to do would have been to go away quietly. Not throw more gasoline on the fire.

Our goal for this trip was to accomplish 2 things Wednesday, see Samantha and serve Adriana with a “change of custody” petition. Adriana had 7-years to make this right and do the right thing for Samantha. She choose to not only do the wrong thing every single time but she had Graciela Alarcon Barreda try to have me ambushed by the Irapuato Police. Which would make this the 4th ambush attempt since 2010. Because Adriana signed a “power of attorney” the judge herself served Graciela Alarcon Barreda the “change of custody” petition right there in front of us.

Fucken’ A.

October 14, 2015 was an epic day. Samantha knows we are still here and still fighting for her, and that Adriana is a pathological liar among other things. The sad part is we have given Adriana chance, after chance, after chance, after chance to make this right and prevent all this. This could have been prevented if she had her shit together.

  1. WOW! That is all I can say. These people really have no moral compass. Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) is a coward. Plain and simple. Congratulations Danny Howitt, you inherited quite a mess when you married this woman. Then again you are not innocent here…you knew exactly what you were getting into.

  2. That picture says a lot. It looks like Sam’s half bro is thinking “I can’t believe my mom is making us lie (again) for her. Why am I going through with this?”

  3. He is old enough to know better now. There is a spot on that “Con Air” flight for him as well if he wants to keep this up.
