Monday, February 13, 2012: Good Morning Sam. I hope you are still sleeping after all its 4:30 in the morning. I miss you. My regular sleep habits are slowly coming back after these last few days. My throat is extremely sore. It took quite the beating which woke me up somehow and now I am in bed writing you.
Last night I was researching child abduction laws in Mexico. I ran across an article written by a prominent attorney near Cabo. I need to call him and have a conversation. Basically his article described what mothers, like Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel), will do to manipulate the court system. I will print the article and save it for you because it was as if he wrote it about Adriana directly: running away with the child, denying visitation, claiming abuse was the reason, taking the child away, having the father thrown in jail for something they did not do and so on. An interesting read which took me back to when all this started.
So, I found out Adriana is going to drag this out for as long as she can. Things are about to change. The courts are going to make Adriana prove what she has been doing with the money I give her to support you while all this is going on. We both know she spends more on herself than on you. The reality is that ALL of it should be spent on you. She is going to have a hard time proving how she spends this money. Every time I bring it up she always mentions her bills, the nanny, etc. So this should be interesting. I wish I could fall asleep. My brain could certainly use the rest. I LOVE YOU SAM!
