Sunday, December 16, 2012: It was great to see you yesterday Sam. It’s always great to see you. Even more so yesterday after what transpired on Friday in Connecticut. I gave you the biggest hug and kiss. you had to beg for me to stop. I LOVE YOU SAM!

Adriana Coronel Tenorio’s (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) lifestyle is absolutely exhausting. Its constant chaos over there. The sad part is that she either really loves the drama or she is just is not capable of making changes in her life that would make things go so much easier for herself. We are about a week removed from the discussion we had about you being able to spend time with my family here. Now, she seems to think she can keep you away from my family until you are 18. She does not see the correlation between that and the drama she creates by keeping you out of our lives. It’s absolutely amazing and sure telling sign that Adriana knows that what she has done is very illegal and absolutely reprehensible as a parent. Why else would she act this way?

As I am driving to the border, she calls to tell me her car was stolen. Yeah, the Audi she bought for Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel). Not sure what she expected me to do about this. I don’t believe a word that comes out of her mouth already, I just shut up and listen because eventually she will trip herself up and get caught. She goes on to tell me the car was parked just outside the garage on the driveway. She turned the car off when she realized that she forgot something in the house. Allegedly she was only away from the car for 2-minutes when it was stolen. The whole time she is telling me she has a friend waiting for her outside to work with her and that everyone was starving and she needed me to hurry up so she could go to work. Had she played her cards right, she would have walked away with $500 of my money, on top of what I already gave her yesterday. Because with a stolen car, and Isaias Palomeque‘s (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) truck that doesn’t work, she needs to pay the mechanic because the PT Cruiser was in the shop for a month. Right? Initially feeling bad for her, I offered to pay for the PT repairs so she would have a car. She tells me about this friend who was waiting for her and he needed to get the PT now and could not wait 10-minutes for me to get there.

OK, your car was allegedly stolen and your first instinct is to get another car out of the shop that’s been there a month because you have a friend at the house waiting for you and you are hungry. Yet you have not called the police? I know, insert joke here. However, I remember when Alicia was carjacked a year ago or so and her first reaction was to call the police, not other people. You know what? They found her car a week later and arrested the people to were responsible.

So, I get to the house. Nobody is there. Mary, the house keeper, shows up. Because when money is tight, it makes perfect sense to have a house cleaner. Then again, she’s probably there to play guard with us if Adriana is on her way to work. When Adriana did make it home, I made it clear I did not need a babysitter to spend time with my daughter. So Mary is sent home. Now I have some obvious questions for Adriana that she will probably not be able to answer.

First if all, I asked Adriana about this friend that was waiting for her. She tells me she “must have decided not to come”. But she was in front of the house waiting for you when you called to tell me your car was stolen. What about that? I failed to mention that when she pulled up to the house, there you and Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) were in the PT Cruiser with her. So am I to assume that all of you walked to the mechanic together to get the car? Where was the mechanic? Because it was not the one down the street from the house, they were closed when I drove by to get to the house. The fact I even have to think this way with Adriana is a shame.

Of course I ask her why she hasn’t called the police yet. She tells me that the police are worthless and they would not be able to do anything. Really? Adriana bribed them to throw me in La Mesa Prison for no reason. I would not call them useless. Not to mention Alicia’s ordeal. I’d say with the proper motivation, the police there will do just about anything. Feeling the need to do something, Adriana calls the police to ask them if they towed her car for some reason. No joke. Really? You think the cops swooped in with a tow truck and in less than 2-minutes took a car right off a private driveway? That’s not what happened. Of course the police told her they have no idea what she is talking about. So, what does your mother do next? Does she file a police report at least in the event the police do find her car. Unbelievable. My money is on the car being repossessed because Adriana did not make any payments on it.

Sure, it’s completely feasible that some seasoned car thief happened to come across the car and was able to lift it in about a minute. Its highly unlikely based on Adriana reactions to the whole situation. She was not even that upset about it, which should tell you everything you need to know. And this was just the start of the day. I realize this is not that big of a deal, nor does it have anything to do with me. It’s just another example of how Adriana tries to manipulate everything to make herself look like the victim all the time.

After all that, Adriana retired to bed, Axel came downstairs to play Call of Duty and “guard” us. So we headed outside to chalk up the entire patio with a maze of hop scotch trails and Christmas decorations on the walls and door leading to the garage and the rusted out staircase that leads to the roof. It was fun and took away from the drama earlier in the day as well as the monotony of having to spend time together in these conditions. I would be remiss if I did not mention that there is no running water in the house and hasn’t been for a couple days. Adriana showed me a water bill of over $600, which is insane anywhere on the planet. For that kind of money, that water had better be purified! Crazy right? I was wondering what the buckets of water that sat next to the toilet were for. I don’t know if there is a water leak at the house or a corrupt bill or because nobody pays taxes in Mexico this is their way of paying for public works projects. It’s not because the bill was overdue. This happened to her before. I gave you the baby wipes I bring with me so you can clean up until this is rectified.

When Adriana awoke, she was reminded that she made plans for you with her friend Yazmin Saad Guzman and her two kids. Something about going to a Christmas movie and that she was going to pick you up at 4:30. To make a long story short, that did not happen. You were stuck having some costume refitted for a school festival. Since she had to use the bathroom and the place you were at was allegedly out of running water too, we went over to Carl’s Jr. I gave you hugs and kisses and reassured you Santa would make sure he knew what was on your list. Then I was on my way back home given Carl’s Jr is where the taxi cabs are.

A short taxi ride and steps away from the border, Adriana calls. She mentions how she felt sad about me and you not seeing this movie together and wanted me to come back. Of course I said yes! It meant I got to spend more time with you! The Christmas movie, “Rise of the Guardians”, was all in Spanish with no subtitles. I did not care. After the events that unfolded in Connecticut on Friday, I relished every second and every laugh. Afterwards we walked through the mall looking for a place to eat and after wards, you took pictures with Santa! You were so adorable Sam! You were nervous to talk to him at first. It was such a precious moment. You objected to picking the picture where your two front teeth were missing. Looking back, you will see how much I appreciate you for who you are when you read about the hell we have been through. I LOVE YOU SAM!
