Saturday, October 26, 2013: Hi Beautiful. I started to write early this morning. I took my Blackberry with me to a coffee house on the beach. I wanted to be in a serene place to gather my thoughts and update you on what’s been going on. I have been slowly weaning myself off the Blackberry. It’s no longer being supported. It’s too bad, because it’s been the most dependable phone I have ever had. So far so good with my new phone. My phones tend to take a beating and the Blackberry has an iron chin. Ironically, my old Blackberry decided enough was enough and shut itself down 40-minutes into me writing you. So, here we go again.
Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) did you a big disservice yesterday Sam. She decided to blow off the meeting scheduled with the judge. It’s not like she did not know. She was told several times. Knowing Adriana better than she knows herself, I had a feeling she would not go. Two reasons. The first, she has been caught in so many lies that she cannot stand up to the scrutiny. She never has. She was forced to try and lie about me to my face with you in the same room. She could not afford for you to find out what a pathological liar she really is. Two, Adriana has this other petition that she filed behind our backs. You know, the one we are not supposed to know about. Of course she has no idea we know about it. So, she thinks it’s doesn’t matter what this judge in the other court thinks. Nor does it matter how hostile and combative she is to me, you or anyone else. The court and everyone else who has tried to get through to her and do the right thing, its all fallen on deaf ears because she thinks she’s going to win this other petition without us knowing. She is going to look really stupid when we fill her in on the fact we have known all along what she has been doing.
In other news, I was in for a surprise myself when I found out on Friday that the old judge was no longer on the bench. They did not wait until December to remove her and her staff. The new judge and her staff took over on Monday. So, not a good first impression on Adriana’s part. The judge was not happy that Adriana blew off this meeting. She asked me why Adriana would do that. I told her that I think Adriana’s actions speak for themselves. That Adriana has no respect for the father/daughter bond nor does she have respect for the court. Look at her history. Plain and simple. The judge shook her head in agreement.
This new judge took advantage of the time and asked me if I wanted to still meet, which I did. For the next hour we had a candid conversation about why we are here and what I was hoping to accomplish moving forward. She knows the history. She read the files and will not put up with Adriana’s antics. At one point she asked me why I have not had Adriana arrested for your abduction or the theft of property or the countless other crimes she has committed over the years. I told her that the restraint I have shown should speak volumes as to the kind of person and Dad I am. I have endured more than any father should. And while the thought of Adriana spending time behind bars sometimes puts a smile on my face, it solves nothing. Maybe she gets a well-needed attitude adjustment. Because of Adriana and Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio), I spent time in La Mesa Prison. Adriana would not last a day there. If I can help it, I would like to avoid that for her. The judge told me that if she continues to violate court orders, she will have no choice but to put her in jail. Violating family court orders also has criminal implication which carries stiffer jail sentences.
Before the meeting concluded, the judge asked who Adriana’s attorney is. Her clerk walks in and tells the judge who Adriana’s attorney is. The judge chuckled. The judge mentioned she knows Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez and that he is notorious for dragging out cases just to milk his clients for as much money as possible. The judge told me he hooks new clients by offering a low bill rate and then drags out cases as long as possible. The judge told us this! That’s unheard of which tells you everything you need to know about what the judge thinks of Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez. I did not say a word. I did not need to.
Last, the judge told us that she needed a couple weeks to reset our visits in their current form. She is going to order the help of a court official to join us to make sure Adriana, Maria Guadalupe, Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel) and Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) behave themselves. This will be temporary until we figure out a permanent solution. In the meantime, we are filing another petition to move the location of our visits. The judge is going to call Adriana herself to get you and her into her office. We’ll see if that is successful.
In other news, the newspapers should have published the petition from Adriana. You know, the one we are not supposed to know about. Adriana is now 100% committed to her lies in that petition at that point. And like Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez said, if we find out they are in big trouble. And yes they in big trouble.
On a good note, I had a dream about you last night. It was beautiful. It was set in the present time except we are out and about on our own doing father/daughter things. Rihanna was performing a concert and I surprised you with tickets in front of the stage. It was me and you and two of your friends. The look on your face was priceless. I cannot wait for the day when these dreams become real. I LOVE YOU SAM!
