Tuesday, November 26, 2013: Hi Sam! I am happy to write and tell you the response to Adriana Coronel Tenorio’s (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) ”secret” petition is due in the next couple days. From what I have read, Lourdes nailed it. It’s not hard when the facts speak for themselves. Lourdes covered everything that needed to be covered. This is not going to be good for Adriana. If Adriana thought she was doing the right thing, she would have not tried to do this behind our backs.
Lourdes went on to tell me Adriana and her attorney, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez, are pissed that we found out about their little “secret”. They cannot figure out how we found out.
Last week we sent Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) copies of the petition to his office. On the copies one of the investigators wrote “Look familiar?” on a post it note and attached it to the copy. He received them last Friday and went into a complete panic. I would have given anything to be a fly on the wall when he opened that envelope. Anyway, Palomeque obviously got word out to Adriana and Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez, who busted into court in a panic. Lourdes busted out laughing when she heard Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez made a scene. Flor and Emma thought it was funny too. Well deserved I might add.
This could be the lynch pin that turns this situation around. I found out that Adriana actually filed an appeal to not go see the judge with you back in October. No joke Sam. The reason for the appeal? She claims talking to the judge with me there violates your civil rights. Incredible. Not sure how this violates your or Adriana’s civil rights. If she thinks I am a bad influence on you, she should have gone to prove her point. Adriana has never been able to face up to the scrutiny in front of a judge and she know it. That’s why she did it. Never mind Adriana is violating your civil rights by not allowing you to see me.
