5-years, 17-days into Samantha’s abduction

Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013: Today is a day I have been waiting 5-months for. We had to keep our knowledge of this “secret petition” Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel), Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez and Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez filed behind my back until today because we were waiting to file our response to steaming pile of bullshit. They did it without actually having me served. Diaz-Gomez has been running around the court building trying to keep this tight  lipped because by his own admission if they get caught, they would be in big trouble. Little did he know, it was the worst kept secret in the history of secrets because everyone knew about it. The joke was on Diaz Gomez because it was not hard to keep it a secret that everyone knew. That’s how much nobody likes the guy. You simply cannot make this stuff up. So, by not having me served, she has to find a sneaky way to notify me “publicly” via some small publication nobody knows or even cares about. Once the newspaper article was published, Adriana was locked into her latest round of lies. What’s worse is that her own Diaz-Gomez was willing to put his career in jeopardy by being a part of something so stupid.

Adriana is trying to claim that they have no idea where I am, even though Adriana had stalked my friends and family over the years. She even stalked my jiu jitsu academy. She knows exactly where I am. Adriana’s thought process is that since she lost every single court case in the last 5-years, including 2 Supreme Court decisions, she would file a petition in another court without us knowing. By claiming she has no idea where I am and not having me served she thinks she will win a default judgement that would give her power to take Samantha away from me and grant Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) something he has wanted for over 5-years. Guardianship of my daughter. I would say this is “unbelievable” but is it really? What Adriana and Palomeque did not know was that their plan was THE worst kept “secret” ever! Why? Because we have known about this since the day AFTER they filed this petition in court. Diaz Gomez should find another line of work, because clearly he is not very good at being a lawyer. It’s interesting to learn of his reputation by other fellow attorneys. No bueno.

Our investigators are very good at what they do. We have pictures, video, audio, emails, bank statements, leases. You name it we have it. Adriana knows this. She thinks that over the years we let up the effort. No way. As long as she continues to be who she is and not come to terms with what is going on, we have to be diligent. And we have been. When my attorney and the court official sat in Palomeque’s living room telling all of them the facts of life last month, we were trying to give them a way out knowing about their “secret” court petition the whole time. In fact we knew Adriana and Palomeque could not raise the money to pay for the newspaper article needed to make their petition official. Palomeque is one paycheck away from being bankrupt trying to keep up with all of this. I was tempted to actually loan them the money myself to pay for the newspaper posting just so we could get this going sooner. The court suggested otherwise for their own amusement as they told me how this would play out.

That’s what a joke all of these people have become. I am not trying to be flip. This is the lengths Adriana goes through to NOT do what is right for her own daughter. On the flip-side this is the lengths Palomeque, who has a sordid history of home wrecking, is willing to go through. And for what? It would be so much easier to find a peaceful resolution to all this. Don’t you think? I can’t imagine how much energy it must take to come up with the ideas to do all these crazy things they have done. Why is it so hard for Adriana to put that same creative energy into a positive for a change? Samantha deserves that much from us. All this other stuff goes away if we can accomplish that. Her life could be so much better than it is right now. Adriana already lost most of her friends because of this. Would Mara Coronel (AKA Mara Mireles Coronel, Mariana Coronel, Mariana Mireles Coronel) do this to her kids?
