Saturday, January 25, 2014: Hi Beautiful. Good news, bad news. What do you prefer first? OK, good news first. We found out who Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) hired to punch me in the face and steal my phone. Yes, I said “hired”. The two gentlemen I mentioned in the last post are Jorge and Javier. They did some investigating for us.
They talked to Santander Bank and Bancomer because they have cameras that look into that parking lot as well. Both were willing to cooperate with the investigation.
Jorge and Javier make a trip out to the subdivision to find out who the asshole was that hit me and stole my phone. When they told me the story of how they found him, I laughed because last week I described the guy as looking like the actor Ricardo Montalban from the TV show Fantasy Island. The DA thought I was kidding. Little do they know I have a knack for this kind of thing. For instance, when you were younger, you were our Shirley Temple. You did not know who Shirley Temple was until you saw pictures of her. I took a picture of her star in Hollywood for you a couple years ago just because it reminded me of the time we mentioned it to you…and so it goes.
Anyway, the moment Jorge and Javier mentioned that the guy who punched me in the face looked like Ricardo Montalban, everyone that works with the guy laughed and knew exactly who we were looking for. Aldolfo Rojas is the guy’s name. It turns out the subdivision where you live outsources the security to another company. All they do is give them shirts to wear. I don’t know if that’s true or not or if they are trying to distance themselves from a lawsuit. Either way, there is no way they can justify someone who went off the reservation to do what he did last week. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind Adriana or Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) paid Aldolfo Rojas extra to do what he did. It was too obvious.
Onto the real bad news. Well Sam, the family court judge imposed a freeze on the court order that was drafted just a few days ago. Rightfully so. The courts need to figure out how to protect you and me under these conditions. For the life of me, nobody can figure out how this can be so difficult. It seems pretty fucking simple to me. The pattern with these civil court judges is that they drive the ball down the field, pardon the football pun here. Yet rather than finish the drive and score a touchdown, they fumble the ball on the 1-yard line. The ink did not even dry from this latest court order when Adriana had me ambushed for the 3rd time. And she will continue to do this until she is behind bars. And even still that may not be enough to make her realize that what she is doing to you Sam is nothing short of horrible.
On another note, Lourdes had a feeling Adriana would make a scene about last week with the family court judge, and sure enough she did. Adriana walked into her court and tried to tell the judge that I beat her and started the fight with her security guard at Carl’s Jr. Adriana even went as far as to show a bruise on her arm that she herself created. Lourdes mentioned to the judge that if what Adriana is saying is true why didn’t she file a criminal case against me? Then Lourdes showed the judge the video. Suffice it to say, the judge was shocked when she saw for herself what REALLY happened. January 30th is around the corner. Fingers crossed we can get something done to prevent a 4th ambush.
