Thursday, January 30, 2014: So, today is another day in court. This was the other court. The court where Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez and Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) filed that secret petition behind out backs. The petition we were never supposed to know about. Initially Adriana was nowhere to be found, to no one’s surprise. Then I come to understand the judge reviewed the evidence and wanted to see if we could find some kind of arrangement before this actually went to trial. Given the fact Adriana’s case is all based on bullshit, it would certainly be in her best interest to find common ground here. Then again, we are talking about Adriana. There is no common ground with her. She is completely hell-bent of flushing her life down the toilet.

So, eventually Adriana does show up, shocking everybody. Now typically Adriana spends hours dolling herself up at the salon before court. Not today. Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez obviously counseled Adriana to go completely in the other direction like she was casting for the remake of “Little House on the Prairie”. No makeup, hair uncombed. Everyone knew right then it was going to be a show. Adriana is so full of herself, she never leaves the house without makeup on. She is as vain as they come. She sleeps with make up on for fuck sake. This was all an act. Why? Because this is all they have given this was the court petition we were not supposed to know about. She is either going to want to compromise or she’s going to fight this to the end. Based on how she was dressed, Adriana is not going quietly.

As the proceeding starts, the judge mentions that we were there today to try and mediate a resolution to the situation. The judge mentions that he read the file and the evidence and looked right into Adriana’s eyes and told her “from the looks of things it would be in your best interest to find a resolution with him.” Meaning me. The judge then turned to me and asked me if I was OK with that. I told the judge we were just down this road a couple weeks ago. That Adriana cannot be taken at her word. She cannot be trusted. This current petition is a snapshot into the last 5+ years as all I have been doing is defending lie after lie after lie that she tells. So, nothing short of her just dropping this petition will satisfy me. The judge said, “fair enough”.

Then the judge turns to Adriana…and the show began. Mind you Sam, I am sitting right next to Adriana. She is literally 4-inches away from me. She went with this meek tone in her voice trying to play up the victim role. Rolling up her sleeves to show the judge the bruise on her arm she gave herself and tried to sell the judge that I started the altercation that took place a couple weeks ago. The judge, having already seen the video of what really happened, rolled his eyes at her. Then asked Adriana if she was ready to find a resolution to this petition. And after all that she said “no”.

Lourdes mentioned me renewing my visits with you at DIF and outlined how this option for visits took care of Adriana’s concerns and my concerns from the court hearing 2-weeks ago. Of course Adriana said she “had to talk to my lawyer first”. What??? Is anyone really surprised Sam? When is the last time Adriana actually did the right thing when it comes to you? Not to mention, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez is sitting right there.

The judge had no choice but to close the hearing by motioning this to the evidence discovery stage. Another words, Adriana is going to drag this out no matter how stupid it makes her look. We are probably looking at April before we are back in front of this judge again. I am trying to stay positive Sam. At least this 2-week “freeze” is over and I can see you in a couple days. I LOVE YOU SAM!
