Wednesday, May 14, 2014: Sam, holy cow. I hope this post makes sense because the events of today still have not sunk in yet. I have never seen a human being meltdown like Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) did on the witness stand today. Like I said yesterday, the unfortunate part of all this is that it could have been prevented. It’s hard to believe we all used to be a family at one point Sam. Nobody wanted this to happen. Nobody. Keep that in mind as you continue to read this.
Let me digress, we were in court in today because Adriana, with the help of Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global), filed a petition in another court room without having us served because they were trying to try and take you away from me without me knowing. Yes, their claims are as stupid as the effort they put into this. We found out about the case because Adriana has failed to realize that after all these years, she is not very well liked in her native land. So when her, Palomeque, and her attorney Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez do anything, we have people watching. We led them to believe we had no knowledge of what they were doing, etc. When we filed our response to Adriana’s claims, the response was over 200-pages long leaving no doubt as to how full of shit Adriana really is.
Back in January, we had a status hearing on this petition after the judge had time to review our response. The judge pulled no punches and mentioned to Adriana that it would be in her best interest to find a compromise with me because this was not going to end well for her. Adriana either loves the attention or loves the fact she is ruining her own life while completely turning yours upside down because she refused to even want to talk about a compromise. Even with the fair warning from the judge. Incredible.
Today was the day we both had to give depositions. If you are Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez (Adriana’s attorney), how do you let this get this far knowing full well your petition is so full of shit? Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez, how do you let this get as far as it did knowing the same? You said you are a lawyer, right? Surely he has better cases to make money on, no? Fucking ambulance chasers.
While I waited 5 1/2 years for this day, it was tough to see Adriana completely meltdown like that. It was not cool. This sucked for me as much as it sucked for Adriana. Yes, she did it to herself. Yes, she deserved everything that happened to her in her 4 1/2 hours on the stand today. Sadly, it could have been prevented. You don’t deserve this Sam. And Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez it’s your job to know when to fold. As long as Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez and Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez continues to act like amateur attorneys, Adriana is going to have more days like today.
Speaking of being an amateur, the proceedings were scheduled to start at 9:00 give or take a few minutes. I knew we were in for a long day and excused myself, with the judge’s permission, to use the men’s room before we kicked off the proceedings. At 9:00 and 1-second, there was Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez trying to petition the judge to find me in default so I did not have to give my deposition, in HIS own petition no less! The judge wasn’t having it. He asked Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez, “This is your case council, if your case is on the level then why wouldn’t you want the main defendant to take the stand?”
Exactly.
Accompanying Adriana was you, Axel Alvarez Coronel (AKA Axel Coronel), Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) and Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global). You all were sitting in the lobby. After discovering the recent developments that Adriana is married to another man, seeing Palomeque in court was a bit of a surprise. Then again, Palomeque is a shameless piece of shit. It’s not like he has a track record of home-wrecking or anything. This guy is a mess.
Before things got started, Lourdes came over to bring a bit of comic relief to the situation. She has not forgotten about Palomeque bullying her pregnant assistant back in October. She went right up to Palomeque to say “hello”. Palomeque thinks he’s Don Juan, so it was no surprise to see he had that smitten look on his face like he was going to hook that up after this was all over. No joke. And from that moment on Lourdes had Palomeque eating out of her hand. It turns out Palomeque is on Adriana’s witness list. Witness to what? God only knows. And in a bit of irony, it turns out two people on Adriana’s witness list want nothing to do with this situation or Adriana for that matter. So, Palomeque is either dumber than we thought or loves the abuse because he’s about to get a dose that will make him wish he was still incubating in his mother’s ass.
So after all the preamble was done, I took the stand for all of 45-minutes. Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez asked me only 20 questions. Six of those questions were the same. He just asked in slightly different ways. To put this into context, Adriana was on the stand for 4/12 hours and was asked 149 questions. When I was done, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez told the judge he had absolutely no more questions for me to answer. This was his show, that’s all I get??? Ha! Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez did not want me on the stand anymore and threw in the white towel on asking me any more questions before it really got started. I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that this was something he probably should have thought about before today. What did he think was going to happen?
Given what just happened for the prior 45-minutes, the judge asked us one more time if we wanted to try to find a compromise. I told the judge that this is all I wanted to do for the last 5 1/2 years. The judge turns to Adriana and tells her it’s REALLY in her best interest to find a compromise…her response, “Fuck him, I am not compromising”. Lourdes looked at her in utter amazement and says, “OK Adriana, its game on”.
Indeed it was.
It was a hot day today. Probably close to 100-degrees Fahrenheit (37.8 C). The courtroom had air conditioning but the room was still very warm. There was only one person in the room sweating profusely and that was Adriana. Add to that her nervous twitching and lack of eye contact. She knew she was in for a rough day.
As expected, Adriana refused to make eye-contact with anyone. After all she had to concentrate on all the bullshit that was about to come out of her mouth. Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez interfered as a stall tactic in order to give Adriana time to compose herself. The judge was not having it, warning him to stop or he was going to get kicked out of the room. Lourdes had prepared 149 questions for for Adriana. She was only 8 questions into the proceeding when she started to fall apart.
Their whole case centered around two things:
- 1) us not finding out so they could win a default judgment
- 2) Adriana claimed she never received any money from me to support you. Ever. Even while she was pregnant. Once the cat was out of the bag and we found out, smart people would have wanted to compromise or drop the case entirely. No, not Adriana. She is going down with the ship and she seems to be perfectly OK with taking as many people down with her as humanly possible.
From the 9th question on, Adriana could no longer remember the lies she kept telling people. Appearing dazed and confused Adriana actually started to tell the truth, which inevitably blew her case right out of the water. And Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez knew it. The look on his face said it all, as did his premature departure from the courtroom, leaving Adriana to fend for herself.
Adriana finally admitted she did in fact receive money from me, and even admitting that I went well above and beyond the support agreement.
Adriana admitted to abducting Samantha and stealing everything out of my house. It’s not the first time she fully admitted this.
Adriana admitted she and Maria Guadalupe made up the story that led to the ambush by the Tijuana Police Department that landed me in the infamous La Mesa Prison.
Adriana admitted abandoning me and the kids (Axel, Samantha & Cassandra (niece)) to go to Spain for 3-months.
Adriana admitted she was indeed trying to hide from authorities by not reporting her new addresses and phone number until she was located and about to go to jail for not following court orders.
Adriana admitted to keeping Samantha away from court proceedings even though she was ordered to bring her.
Adriana admitted that Palomeque was indeed part of the equation to keep Samantha away from me and interfere as much as possible.
This is all part of the court record and public record. If you are the Howitt family, you will probably want to look into this because this is only a synopsis of today’s events.
Suffice it to say, none of this stopped Adriana from lying about everything else. AKA: me beating her, her friend, Maria Guadalupe and several Tijuana Police officers all at the same time. On several occasions, the judge warned Adriana she was perjuring herself and she should think about just telling the truth because she is under oath. It was a stunning day.
When Lourdes finished her questioning she immediately asked the judge for certified copies of Adriana’s testimony because she is going to present it to the DA’s office to have perjury charges filed against Adriana immediately. The judge did not hesitate and agreed with the motion AND told us we would have certified copies of Adriana’s testimony before we leave. Clearly this judge had enough of Adriana as we all have. Like I said it was stunning Sam. And we are not done. We have to come back so Adriana could finish her testimony.
