Friday, August 15, 2014: Wow Sam. The picture regarding Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) is really becoming clear. My meeting with Lourdes was interesting to say the least. Lourdes was able to score a meeting with the attorney Adriana was trying to hire but can’t afford. Good thing because after this meeting I retained him just so she couldn’t – hahaha. First of all, this guy is a criminal attorney, not a civil attorney and he did not paint a very good picture of Adriana.
They met twice, once over the phone and once in the guy’s office. When I mentioned Adriana changing attorney’s meant she was not going to compromise on anything. It turns out I was right. Adriana consulted with this guy because she was trying to find out her criminal liability if she violated the court orders and moved with you out of Tijuana. He told Adriana that the court orders are pretty clear, she’s going to jail if that happens. Adriana’s response? “I’ll take my chances”
The guy asked Adriana why she is doing this to you, not me, you Sam. She gave him the same story she has been giving everyone else. Unlike Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez and Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez, this guy was not buying Adriana’s story. And unlike Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) and Shona Howitt-Sinclair (AKA Shona Howitt, Shona Sinclair, Owner of the Commercial Hotel in Cuminestown, Scotland), this guy did his homework. He read the court files before meeting Adriana. Before he even met her, he knew what Adriana is all about. He’s a criminal attorney. His job is not to determine innocence or guilt. As long as his clients tell the truth, he can represent them. If they don’t, he can’t. Its that simple. If you can’t be honest with your attorney, you can’t be honest with anyone. The guy goes on to tell us he recognized that Adriana was lying and acting strange, like she still has an emotional connection to me. Which begged the question he asked Adriana earlier, “why are you doing this?”
The conversation ended with this guy telling us that Adriana did not have the money to paid him for his time nor did she sign an agreement for him to represent her. In addition, Adriana never mentioned where she was moving to. Topping it off, this guy was not cool with how all this went down. The civil court judge called him asking why a criminal attorney was representing someone in civil court. Unknowingly, this guy was thrown under the bus by Adriana and had no idea until that call came in from the judge presiding over these cases. He set the record straight and told the judge what was going on and that he was not representing Adriana.
So, what next. We found out Adriana never picked up your support money from the court. Now we know why Adriana wanted me to “help” her by giving her the money early. It had nothing to do with your school. I know Adriana too well. I know her better than she knows herself. I knew all along she was planning something. She was not fooling anyone. Two things could be going on here, the first is that Adriana is gone and left Tijuana altogether. That would explain why she has not picked up the money. The second possibility is that Adriana is afraid of running into Diaz Gomez in court and that she still is in the Tijuana area. Either way, Adriana knows a lot of people are looking for her and you right now. She wont be able to stay down for long. We will find you Sam. We always have. I can’t even imagine how this looks from your perspective. I LOVE YOU!
