5-years, 10-months, 19-days into Samantha’s abduction

Monday, September 29, 2014: Like I said yesterday it took all of 30-seconds for Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) to blow up any good will she tried to create for herself by having me ambushed in front of Samantha again, for the 3rd time. When word spread, everyone was pissed off at Adriana. Everyone. The short of all this is that we were all supposed to meet in a public space. Adriana made it clear she did not want my security people around. Gee, I wonder why. They were within earshot just in case. Unfortunately not close enough.

January, 18, 2014. I arrived a few minutes early  – 10:00 was the time Adriana was supposed to be there. At 10:30 she finally pulls up in Isaias Palomeque’s (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) red truck. Mind you this was a little over 1-month after Danny Howitt (AKA Daniel Duncan Howitt, Elizabeth Farquhar Duncan, Kenneth Duncan) and Adriana were married in Puerto Vallarta. Adriana brought a security guard with her from where she lives. That was unbelievable. I knew right away something bad was going to happen. I start rolling video. Not to get the guard in trouble, but to show the judge Adriana was in violation yet again. The guy had to leave. Adriana refused. Unfortunately the meeting was over before it even started. Adriana said she didn’t care.

In an instant the security guard got in my face and told me to turn the camera off. I told him if he touched me I would break his arms, back off. Which he did. I had to document what Adriana was doing. If everything was on the level, why would they care if I was recording them? Exactly. Adriana was agitated about the recording too, although you would think she would be used to it by now. Again, why would she care if she felt she was not doing anything wrong?

Samantha was not happy at all either. I focused the camera on Samy and tried to explain what was going on as she voiced her displeasure about Adriana. Out of nowhere, the security guard punched me in the face and stole my phone as I was rolling video. In a flash I grabbed him and took him down. For all those Jiu Jitsu aficionados out there, I grabbed him by the collar and from there all it took was a basic white belt leg sweep and Adolfo Rojas (Real Del Mar security guard) was finished. This guy looked terrified and for good reason. He has probably never been taken down so easily like that before. I had him “knee on belly” and locked on an arm-bar ready to snap his arm in ½. That’s when I felt someone grab me by the shoulder. I look around and it was the mall security guard who roams the parking lot. I recognized him as a friendly and took pity on Adolfo Rojas letting go of his arm. Showing compassion and sympathy to someone who clearly did not deserve it. Although he still had my phone. This all happened so fast. It’s taken 10-times as long to explain it to you. So, there you have it. Ambush #3 in front of Samantha.

In fact, Adriana and Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) are now in contempt of court because the DA’s office sent repeated requests for them to give their statements about that day. Security cameras from businesses in the parking lot where this happened  supported my version of events and with what the mall security guard had to say. Even Adriana’s best bribe could not sway this guy from telling the DA’s office the truth.

The 1st court appearance in the 2nd Family Court for case case number 1123/2013 happened on January 30, 2014. We knew this was going to be interesting. Typically Adriana and Maria Guadalupe would spend 2-3 hours in the salon before a court appearance. No joke. On January 30, 2014, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez decided to make Adriana look as pale and homely as humanly possible. We are talking “Little House on the Prairie” homely. In the 10-years I have known Adriana, she never left the house without makeup on or doing her hair. BUT when she is facing the judge in the 2nd Family Court because of a petition she filed in which even her own attorney recognizes how much trouble they are in because of this. AND Adriana is 12-days removed from having me ambushed in front of Samantha for a 3rd time – you go to court with no makeup on and no product in your hair. Oh yeah, AND you punch yourself in the arm a couple times to injure yourself in order to claim I was the aggressor on January 18, 2014 because it’s completely believable that a small bruise like that would stay on your arm for 2-weeks. Never mind the witness testimony and video cameras that captured the whole incident and shows that Adriana was nowhere near the action when Adolfo Rojas punched me in the face. I got punched in the face by a grown man and that bruise went away in a couple days. Nice try though Adriana.

The judge in 2nd Family Court case case number 1123/2013 told Adriana right off the bat that she did not believe her accounts of January 18, 2014. She also said she did not care, and that was a criminal matter and if she felt I did anything wrong she should file a criminal case against me. Next she tells Adriana that she has seen the evidence in defense of her petition and if Adriana proceeded with this petition it was not going to end well for her. That it would be in her best interest to find a compromise we can all live with. I was all for it. Adriana is Adriana. She’s not happy if she is not surrounded by drama. She said she was not interested in a compromise. The judge replied, “So be it”

May 14, 2014 rolls around. Time to get on the stand. I am not going to re-invent the wheel here. I have already written detailed accounts of everyone’s testimony. If you want to read those detailed accounts, use the links in order from this paragraph. Or read the file in the 2nd Family Court case case number 1123/2013.

To put things into context, I was on the stand fielding questions from Diaz Gomez for less than 20-minutes. TOTAL. It went so badly for him, he dismissed me as a witness before things even got started.

Adriana was on the stand for a TOTAL of 7-hours! 7-HOURS! On May 11, 2014 she was on the stand for 4 1/2 hours and on July 8, 2014 she was on the stand for another 2 1/2 hours.

In a nutshell, Adriana lied on the stand 96% of the time. The judge knew the evidence against her claims and was keeping track. The judge even interrupted Adriana’s testimony to remind her she was under oath and she better start telling the truth. For her efforts, Adriana has 2 perjury charged stemming from her testimony on these dates. Adriana knows this. It’s one of the things she ran away from when she moved for the 7th time in the last 5-years on August 6, 2014. Don’t worry Adriana, the DA’s office is moving forward on the perjury cases whether you are here or not. That goes for Maria Guadalupe and Palomeque too.

Speaking of which, Palomeque spent all day on May 14, 2014 pacing back and forth in the lobby of the courthouse. He could not wait to get on the stand. July 8, 2014 he finally took the stand all right. For 2 1/2 hours. And it was beautiful. For his efforts, Palomeque too earned himself a perjury charge for lying.

Of course, this too can be found in the 2nd Family Court – case case number 1123/2013.
