7-years, 16-days into Samantha’s abduction

Thursday, November 26, 2015: HAPPY THANKSGIVING SAM! We are not going to be together for my favorite holiday of the year, again. It’s not because we have not tried. I have a lot to be thankful for this year, as every year. Search the site to see how many times I have said that a truth as ugly as what Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) has been doing these last 7-years cannot hide. When Adriana, Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) and a close friend ambushed me and had be thrown into La Mesa Prison in 2010, the San Diego media caught wind of it and filmed a documentary on this story. During the filming the film crew set up shop right across the street from Adriana’s house. At the time she was still home, hanging out with Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global). We could see them peeking through the curtains to see what we were doing. When we were done, they wanted to speak to Adriana and get her side of the story. I said ABSOLUTELY! You don’t need to ask me twice.

Before they could make it across the street, Adriana got into her car and tried to run over the cameraman as she sped away. What she did not realize is that the camera was still rolling. They got the whole encounter on video. The story went live the same day Steve Jobs died. It’s one of those days you don’t forget because an iconic figure like that passing so young is one thing. Having this story validated by the media was another. The media did their homework. They knew what they were getting into and that is what makes this such a compelling story.

It did not take long for the story to go viral. When it did, Adriana took notice. The ONLY thing Adriana cares about is Adriana. When she had her chance to tell her side of the story in front of a camera, she tried to run the cameraman over in her car instead. She thought she could manipulate the situation by stalking the reporter and trying to bully her into taking the story down. This is what Adriana does.

Fast forward to the last few days. My last post before today talked about the Amber Alert that went out. That Amber Alert triggered a series of events that led up to our court date in Tijuana yesterday. A court date Adriana knew she was ordered to be at and was ordered to bring Samantha with her. There were people in Irapuato literally standing next to Samantha when they received the Amber Alert and called authorities, asking “Is this the little girl you are looking for?”  snapping a picture of Samantha in the moment, in real time. It was amazing!

When an Amber Alert like that goes out to 60-million people and over 207,000 people responded, chances are pretty good that some important people had seen it and decided to take action. And that is exactly what happened.

The first phone call came from El Mexicano. El Mexicano is a very well respected news outlet. The reporter had done his homework and hatched a plan to tell the story in phases. The link above was just the short version of the story. The longer print version will follow as will the video documentary. These people are very social media savvy. This went out on their Twitter and Facebook feeds and immediately it took off. The picture above is a snapshot of the post on Facebook. It did not take long for Adriana to find out. Like I said before, Adriana only cares about one thing, and that is Adriana.

Adriana did exactly what we expected she would do. Adriana went with the usual “Brian beat me…” – the same old and tired lines she always uses. Adriana’s only friend left on the planet, Yazmin Saad Guzman chimed in to try and defend Adriana. When that did not go very well for Yazmin, she ended up deleting her posts and locked down her Facebook account. Like the coward she is, Adriana was posting under a fake name, Marsha Tenorio. We called her out immediately and to our surprise Adriana did not deny she was using another fake Facebook profile. One of Adriana’s favorite pastimes is to stalk people on Facebook using fake names. No joke.

I digress. Adriana posted pictures in response to the El Mexicano post. The pictures were of the criminal case she ambushed me with and had me thrown into prison for back in 2010. It is amazing Adriana would even go down this road because that case blew up in her face so spectacularly that her own doctors took the stand and testified against Adriana saying that she lied about this whole thing! The police she had ambush me said the same thing in court, that Adriana lied about this whole situation! Adriana, Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) and Adriana’s friend who also was involved could not even get their lies straight between the 3 of them! They literally told 15 different versions of events between the 3 of them. The judge knew what was going on and really encouraged Adriana to drop the case, which Adriana eventually did.

In fact, one of Adriana’s close friends flipped on Adriana a long time ago. This person realized after Adriana tried to ambush me the 2nd time in 2013, they realized Adriana and Maria Guadalupe were really bad news. This person spent time doing their homework on the case, just like the reporters did, and what they saw mortified them. Since then, they have reached out to us and have been front and center helping us. When asked why Adriana and Maria Guadalupe took 16-months to drop the criminal case they lied about in 2010, they told us that Adriana wanted to drop it immediately after I was already in prison for a couple days. It was Maria Guadalupe who influenced everyone into keeping up the charade and I quote, “…the thought process Maria Guadalupe has was that if they lie long enough they will eventually find someone in Mexico to help us bury The Gringo.” 

It reads like a mission statement because while nobody in Mexico is helping Adriana when they find out the truth, that has not stopped Adriana and Maria Guadalupe from lying.

So for Adriana to even use that as her defense is comical at best. One of the commenters on Facebook calls Adriana out and mentions that he was in a similar situation as I am. And he was also accused of things he did not do. And that it seems that parents who abduct their kids all follow the same script. With that, we reminded Adriana that she had to be in court the next day. It will be great to see Samantha again. We even invited Yazmin Saad Guzman to join us to find out who Adriana really is. After all if Adriana and Yazmin Saad Guzman were posting to this article in Facebook at the same time, perhaps Adriana was going to actually show up and was staying with Yazmin in Playas. Eventually Adriana stopped commenting and locked down the fake “Marsha Tenorio” Facebook profile she was hiding behind.

At one point Adriana comments and mentions that I only make appearances in court for show and that I don’t really support Samantha. Adriana tried this before too. Back in 2013, with the help of her boyfriend Palomeque, Adriana filed a petition behind my back in the 2nd Family Court in Tijuana to try and take Samantha away from me without us knowing. Of course when we found out and the judge found out the truth, he was not happy and for their efforts Adriana, Palomeque and Maria Guadalupe were all charged with perjury.

Rather than get her act together, Adriana abducted Samantha for the 2nd time on August 6, 2014 and tried to lie her way in another case just like in 2013 but this time she was trying it in Irapuato. That is not going well for Adriana either. What Adriana failed to mention is that I have not stopped supporting Samantha even though I have only seen Samantha for a total of 5-minutes in the last 15-months!

So, the 2nd Family Court in Tijuana ordered Adriana to bring Samantha to court for a scheduled hearing that was to take place just yesterday. Adriana knew about this a month ago. Certainly it was no coincidence Adriana and Yazmin Saad Guzman were posting to the El Mexicano article at the same time. Getting blown up on Facebook did not stop her from stalking the El Mexicano reporter as you read a couple post ago.

And so it goes.

Words cannot describe the sadness and frustration I have felt these last 7-years. That goes without saying. At the same time, we have crossed paths with so many great people who have done what they could to help to put an end to this horrible situation. In time we will name all of them by name because they deserve that and more. It’s all of you I that am thinking about every Thanksgiving holiday and beyond.
