Tuesday, July 8, 2014: You know your day is going to be bad when you go to court and are reminded that you already have a criminal case pending against you for perjury and it’s strongly suggested to avoid a repeat performance. That is exactly how Adriana Coronel Tenorio (AKA Adriana Howitt Coronel, Ari Coronel, Ari Coronel Tenorio, Ari Howitt, Ari Howitt Coronel) day started in court today. This was a continuation of her deposition from a couple months ago in the 2nd Family Court. So all that talk a couple days ago about Adriana wanting me to pay her your support directly had no effect because here we are. In fact the judge again asked if we wanted to find a compromise after what happened last time in court. I reassured the judge that we are always open to a compromise. Adriana not so much. So be it.

Remember, last year Adriana, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez & Jhoana Gabriela Rubio Gonzalez filed a court petition to have you taken away from me without me even knowing about it. They were hoping to get a default judgment in their favor because things have NOT been going very well for them in recent years. So, they filed this petition in the 2nd Family Court, with another judge hoping we would never find out. Well, we found out. In fact, we knew the day the filed it. This is the court we are in today.

Rewind a couple months ago. I was deposed and took the stand. First taking questions from Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez. I was prepared to be there for quite some time, after all they have been slinging quite a bit of mud at me and behind my back. Here I am in the hot seat. Come get some! After a total of 8-questions, Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez gave up. In fact there was a second part to the hearing in which Oscar Ivan Diaz Gomez was supposed to ask me questions, yet he dismissed me altogether. In comparison, we had Adriana on the stand a couple months ago for almost 5-hours. The air conditioning was not working in the court room that day. It had to be close to 100-degrees (37.8 C). Kick in a few more degrees for all the hot air coming out of Adriana’s mouth and well, you get the idea. All told, Adriana lied on the stand and under oath 96% of the time. Astonishing. The judge took notice of all the inconsistencies and immediately filed a criminal complaint with the DA’s office to charge Adriana with perjury. Not knowing what was going on inside the court room, Isaias Palomeque (AKA Isaias Uzziel Palomeque, Isaias Palomeque Vergara, Project Manager at DJO Global) and Maria Guadalupe Tenorio Toledano (AKA Lupita Tenorio, Marsha Tenorio) were seen pacing outside the court room, trying to peek in as if to tell the judge they cannot wait for their turn.

After that debacle, smart people would have cut their loses to avoid more embarrassment. Even the best pathological liar and textbook narcissist would protect their fragile sense of self-worth. Not Adriana. Today we picked up right where we left off a couple months ago, hence the opening of this post. While Adriana did not lie 96% of the this time around, she did lie 80% of the time. Not to mention Adriana looked worried. All the nervous ticks, the constant shuffling of her feet, not making eye contact with anyone but the court reporter, hugging her over-sized purse like it was a teddy bear…all telltale signs she knew she is in for another long day. And was still hell bent on lying her way through it no matter what. At various times throughout the day, she looked confused and was about to cry.

One of Adriana’s last statements on record was when she told the judge, “Sam doesn’t need Brian as her Dad”. That did not sit well with the judge at all, declaring that Adriana’s testimony had YET AGAIN, warranted another criminal complaint in the DA’s office for perjury. Amazing.

And this was only the beginning.
