Tuesday, December 23, 2014: This time of year there is a Christmas show on almost every TV channel nowadays. It used to be just Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, The Charlie Brown Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street and The Grinch. Oh yeah, who could forget the Donnie and Marie Osmond Christmas debacle. I have never actually seen that one however, 30+ years later I am still scarred by the commercials. Let’s not forget the Christmas books: Dr. Seuss’s “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol” come to mind for sure.

Wikipedia defines parental child abduction as child abduction by a parent by hiding, taking, or keeping hold of a child by their parent while defying the rights of the child’s other parent or another member of the family. Parental child abduction is also defined as abuse against the child.
In the case against Adriana, she abandoned both of her kids, her cousin her mother and me to go on that ill-fated trip to Spain for 3-months back in May 2008. Her abandoning us and infidelity was the end of our relationship, not any alleged abuse. Regardless of all that, it does not matter what country you live in, there are domestic and international laws for parental child abduction. This is serious and the laws are black and white no matter where you are.
